Booked my test in 2 hours for the best earlier date I wanted , it’s my second chance . Hope I won’t miss this time

the first time i used this service i was trilled to bits i had a driving test in 48 hours after that the service went down hill fast , no communication what so ever 2 weeks no word ,you have to contact them be egnored then maybe you get a message back they dont keep you updated the 2nd time i actually asked if they had forgotten about me then all of a sudden i had a date which i excepted then they lost it some how and gave me another date this time round after 11 days i contacted them again egnored , finally a response instead of asking ya know maybe we could try another test center or something i got a refund and told we have nothing for you so we refunded you that was it if you are hoping for great customer service i suggest you go else where plus other sites are cheaper than charging you £40 everytime you want a date and another £40 when they actually find you a date thats £160 its a total rip off i beg you use another site
REPLY when people are desperate they will try anything hense tryed to use you a third time , your response is typical though its about customer service as in you don't have any , all 8 wanted was to be kept informed to have good communication, I'm not just going to pay for a service and just leave it at that I want to be kept informed ans assured you were still looking for me or just to show you care for your customers , it would save people worrying and starting to message you , it's not much to ask from any service tbh , I will however up your stars to 3 as tbf you did get me 2 dates eventually but that's the best I can do

Great Service without any fuss. From the selection of dates available I’ve picked the one most suitable, sent them a WhatsApp message as requested, received an immediate reply saying the booking would be done within 24 hours. Very pleased that within a couple of hours received an email from DVLA that the new test date had been booked, they asked for payment once the email received which was very comforting. I’ve used them twice now and both times the service has been excellent – would thoroughly recommend if you need to get an earlier driving test.

Took only 1 day to rebook a 4 November 2022 test in an undesirable location to a 25 September 2022 test at my preferred location. Well worth the cost of you need to expedite the process.

Skeptical at first, but i am desperate for an early date for my practical exam. So I just bit the bullet and went with this company. I got and early date and waited for the practicals before giving a review.
