Having worked in and managed larger clinics, I know how much the phone disrupts everything. Reception juggling calls while taking payments, patients walking in getting half a welcome, calling people back. It is not great for anyone, even worse in a small clinic.

I set BookedSolid up at my own 1 person physio clinic a few months ago. Setup was easy, though you do need to spend some time (maybe 30 minutes) making sure the AI actually has the right information about your clinic before you go live. Worth the effort. Since then it has genuinely paid for itself, picking up bookings from people who would have just moved on if they couldn't call me, or hit voice mail. Not to mention the time it takes to call people back that I no longer need to worry about.

A few patients have mentioned unprompted how helpful and enjoyable the experience was, which is not something I expected. It even communicates empathy when appropriate.

The call transcripts are really useful. You can see the full conversation which helps you tweak things (like information) and gives you confidence it is representing your clinic well.

Limitations? Voice recognition struggled once with an elderly lady who has a strong accent (TBH I would have struggled on the phone with her though), and it reads email addresses back quite quickly in a way that is not always easy to follow.

But the software is getting updated so frequently with new features and improvements, so all the above may already be sorted by the time you read this.

Worth trying for any clinic operator. 100% Recommend.

We introduced BookedSolid across our multi-location allied health clinics in Australia in late 2025 to assist with appointment reminders, confirmations, cancellations and rescheduling.

Like any new AI system integrated into a busy healthcare environment, there were definitely some teething issues initially. However, what has genuinely stood out to us has been the responsiveness and support from Thomas and the team. They have consistently taken feedback onboard, implemented workflow improvements quickly, and worked closely with us to tailor the platform to our operational needs.

Over the past few months we’ve seen significant improvements in both reliability and workflow efficiency. Features such as appointment notes, practitioner visibility and simplified messaging flows have made a noticeable difference for our admin team and practitioners.

The platform is continuing to evolve, and the support has been excellent throughout the process. We appreciate the willingness from the BookedSolid team to collaborate, troubleshoot and refine the system with real-world clinic feedback.

BookedSolid has been incredibly easy to work with, and their support has been fantastic. New features are rolling out regularly, and it’s clear the product is continually improving based on real-world use.

Our clients consistently report that they prefer using the AI receptionist over a traditional voicemail, as they can sort appointments on the spot without waiting for a callback. Many of our clients also use the service after hours, which allows them to book and adjust appointments at a time that suits them.

Overall, BookedSolid has significantly improved the client experience while reducing administrative load for our team.
