I liked this website as it has many options.
I liked this website as the books are at a very minimal cost and you can read books from many different countries and in many different genres. Pre-loved books are someone's love passed down to you.

When i saw the ad on social media i wanted to check it. I was impressed to see a huge variety of books for all ages. Their delivery was on time and th books all came in a very good condition.

Shipping charges
Wondering if it’s possible to reduce shipping charges on orders above a certain limit (not eliminate it completely).

Thank you for your review Krishna. As we are working with a courier company, we pass their charges on to you. We are hoping to completely eliminate the charges but this will take us sometimes as we are a startup and we cannot afford to deliver ourselves.

Very good and efficient service. Grace have been very prompt in responding to all queries in a friendly and professional manner. Books were delivered on time and quality of books were very good. Very much recommended and will definitely get my books from bookend again.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Bookends. Not only was the service extremely quick. I ordered the books on a Thursday and I received them on Sunday. Also the books are in pretty good condition for pre-owned or second-hand. The prices are very good too. I've already recommended it to all my family and friends. And I'll definitely order again in the future! I'd give it a full 5 stars.
