This company is a scam. They buy tickets through ticketmaster, which you should do ONLY. Basically I bought a ticket worth $450 CAD and they made me transfer it upon purchase to this app called “Quentro”. When I transferred it to the app, the ticket disappeared. Then they said they weren’t responsible for the ticket because apparently once they make you transfer the ticket to the app it’s not their responsibility though you don’t have a choice . In the Quentro app you can’t screenshot your ticket, the QR code is constantly changing “for security purposes”, even though that means if it disappears, you basically cannot have a means to obtain it. The company told me to go talk to ticketmaster as they may help. I went in person to the sambadrome and ticketmaster told me they get several reports like these. Ticketmaster is not responsible because you buy your ticket from Bookers, not them. So basically ticketmaster isn’t responsible, Quentro isn’t, bookers isn’t? So who is then? Don’t buy from bookers international. Even though maybe you don’t get scammed, someone else will. They buy the tickets from ticketmaster anyway so just buy direct from them. If it’s not your responsibility then why didn’t you refund me the money? And by the way you only have 60 days to dispute a transaction with your credit card company. The ticket disappears from the Quentro app 2 days before carnival. Why even use this app, why not just issue a regular ticket like every other company.?

Bookers made our experience of attending the Rio Carnaval must less stressful than had we tried to do it alone. The process to collect the tickets was a bit long winded but their staff were friendly and helpful. They ran buses back and forth from the Sambadrome to close to where we were staying.
I was pleased I had found them.

These Reviews here threw me off for a second. But everything was smooth and the pick up was perfectly organized.

Charged you full price for Seria A tickets but do not mention that its not the main carnival in Rio. Total rip off. Many tourists walked out after halway. It was that bad we had a problem getting a taxi as so many people were leaving. I am going to post on their Facebook account and also other Social Media. False selling!!

We want to pay in the first raw of boxes = Frisas A.
The category was changed to "A-B" for which you pay a lot of money.
We bought tickets for all 5 days of the carnival, and all were Frisas B, from where you cannot see well
Find another supplier that can sell you Frisas A not bookersinternational.com = riocarnaval.org that takes money from you for A, gives you A-B and then all the tickets are in B.
In all 5 days the A-B tickets were in B
This is stealing money from clients
