Absolutely brilliant service both ways to and fro Airport they were on time and very friendly helpful drivers . Thankyou would certainly recommend ( sorry I was a bit ratty to the driver who picked us... もっず芋る

Booked taxi for 1100 to train station. EVO cancelled cab at 1055 causing me to miss my train to the airport. No reason given. Very unprofessional and not reliable. Will not ever use again

Absolutely brilliant service both ways to and fro Airport they were on time and very friendly helpful drivers . Thankyou would certainly recommend ( sorry I was a bit ratty to the driver who picked us up from Gatwick North at stupid o clock I was very tired !!) he handled it well carried on smiling and was very courteous. Thanks again would certainly use again when in the area . Thankyou

Cancelled booking

I waited over 30 minutes for a taxi


I waited over 30 minutes for a taxi only for it to be cancelled. When I called I was told the driver cancelled and it’ll be 10 minutes then got a whole load of attitude from the driver when I questioned why it was cancelled as it was the same driver!!! Evo is VERY unreliable and unprofessional it’s a shame as they do have some good drivers but in case of an important event or emergency I wouldn’t recommend and this is coming from a regular customer of 6 years
