Great people to work with, through the ordering and quoting system. Slightly cheaper than my other quotes. Printed better than I expected though I kick myself for not allowing for more dot gain on coated matt stock (supplied RGB embedded files with assigned profile), next time I will allow for an extra 10% and embed the profile allowing for 25% gain. Otherwise very happy.

Very helpful and patient with the author's foibles.
This is the third book that Bookprint have done for me. High standard at all times

My first children's book so a bit uncertain, but David was great. Very helpful and efficient. I had no problems with having my first book printed by Bookprint.

I would suggest checking the courier though as he was about to leave my books just inside the gate, on a wet day, instead of walking 6 paces toward the front door where they would have been under cover. I caught him and questioned him as to why. His answer was 'because of the dog'.
There's No dog at our place, and the gate was wide open to the road!
Not Bookprint's fault but maybe reconsider their courier service.
