Overall it was a great experience working
with Book Publisher Hub and Rebecca in particular. It was my first book and she made the process easy. She had timely follow through, she had great suggestions,and the art department did a fantastic job on my book cover. The final product exceeded my expectations and the time it took from start to delivery to my door step was less than I imagined. Rebecca and Book Publisher Hub were able to take my manuscript and make it into a book I am proud of. I will use them again for my next book!

I had no experience with publishing, and I didn’t know where to begin after finishing my novel. But Book Publisher Hub’s team took care of everything, from registering my ISBN to setting up distribution channels. They explained each step in detail and made the process feel simple and stress-free.

I responded to a Facebook ad from Book Publisher Hub in March 2025 offering full-service book marketing. I was contacted by a representative named Kate Charles, who described a multi-month campaign including a strategic marketing plan, social media engagement, press releases, and regular performance updates.

Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect what was promised. After six weeks, I received only one generic promotional video. No campaign strategy, no reporting, and no regular communication ever materialized. Social media activity began only after I issued a termination notice. Even then, I was not given proper access to accounts set up in my name, and the followers added appeared questionable and unrelated to my genre or audience.

I have since filed formal complaints through JPMorgan Chase and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). I'm sharing this review to help other authors protect their time, money, and creative work. If you're considering this company for marketing, I recommend asking for everything in writing and verifying deliverables early.
