I'd say great but I haven't been on the trip yet. The booking and navigation were great. Very easy to use and it looks like they give a hoot about their customer base. Like I said...so far.

To help clarify, while your original host had kindly offered to move your booking to a later date, your new reservation was made with an entirely different host. Because hosts operate independently, we unfortunately couldn't transfer payments between the two separate retreats.
As soon as our team became aware of the mix-up, we stepped in to guide you through the available options and assist with the cancellation and transfer process. We always encourage guests to reach out to us before making a new reservation so we can help navigate these kinds of changes smoothly.

I've been asking via chat and also via…
I've been asking via chat and also via email for someone to CONFIRM the dates/days of this experience and I'm not getting an answer.
I see now that this is a USA company and hence why it's likely causing the issue.
The dates are May 22 and 23rd which is a Fri/Sat, yet the agenda is Sat/Sun which is May 23/24th.
Will not proceed with booking until I get an answer.

As we never want guests to feel uncertain about a booking, our team also assisted with your cancellation request and provided a voucher for future travel.
