Ash was awesome to work with. I had questions about my ebook and paperbacks. Updating to my Pen name, etc and I had my answer in two minutes. Excellent customer service !!!

These are not my first books. I have over 35 of my books on your platform. I have used LuLu for decades and the switch to you was seamless. I love every book I have printed with you, especially my flip book, Rubies in the Wilderness/Splintered. I will give you the decades now.

I am new to the platform and needed help. It was offered unstintingly, making my experience very simple. I had made an error and was shown how to fix it. Also, I had something new I wanted to try, and was both helped, and encouraged. I really like the platform and the customer service. I've already talked to two new authors who are afraid to publish, telling them to try it.

I was trying to compare printing costs and royalties between KDP and BookSpace and couldn't find a royalty calendar in my dashboard. I sent a message through the chat featureand somene answered within a couple of minutes with the various trim size options, pricing, etc. AND using the book specs I'd listed, gave me the exact pricing information I was looking for for the book I was working on. I'm pretty sure it was a live person based on the answer and. Regardless, the customer service was great, the response time was fast, and my question was answered completely. I have only had positive experiences with the company so far.

I emailed BookSpace with an issue from an order and they responded within 5 minutes! I was shocked at how quickly I heard from them. They were able to locate my order and answer my question. The correspondence was very kind and prompt! Very impressive!

My experience was great. I reached out with a question and received a very prompt response. The information was a big help. It was nice to get this type of customer service that was focused on trust and partnership.

Overall the experience has been pretty good. The prints have gotten to the people and they have enjoyed them. The challenge has been getting royalties through the process. Not the end of the world but easy to track. The Support team has been responsive.

The books turned out great, but I regret a couple of my choices.
When I order more, I'll do them in gloss and I've moved the title to the left a bit.
