I am Charles Harris an author. I worked with Paul Williamson and the Books Publishing Experts team for the publishing and marketing of my book. In the beginning, I had some hesitation mainly because it's a big decision to trust someone with your work, through out the process there were ups and downs but overall I saw consistent effort from the team. They were responsive and over time they helped improve the presentation and overall quality of my book. The process was not always quick and at times it required patience but in the end, I was satisfied with how things turned out.

I really had a great experience with Mr. Mason throughout the project, he helped me in every step did every simple thing with my approval, and every conversation we had was fruitful didn't feel like I'm talking to a company's representative but rather to a friend.

This agency failed to deliver on my project, despite being paid. They have zero knowledge about how to work with international writers. Zero response despite multiple messages.

Scammed of my money and toyed with saying it will refund. After over 6 months on email exchanges still no refund ... DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM

This company scams people out of their money. They ask for thousands of dollars to publish your book and then you don’t ever see any of the proceeds. They also don’t answer their phone. Make threats if you make a post about them saying g they will sue for defamation of character. How can it be defamation of character when you are just stating the facts?

The Company never printed my book but instead used my previous publisher to print some copies (33) for a book signing in Detroit. They were suppossed to print Hard Cover copies and soft covers and it took from June to recently recieving a copy A hard cover copy around November printed by Lu Lu Publishing with over ten pages blank, standard paper instead of gloss paper specified. A 639 page count because of the addition of blank pages and over five months late. Created an Author page to order books, but had no books available. Picture on top of picture. instead of below.

This is a wonderful organization. It has a great selection of books and the service is quick and efficient.
