Dishonest
I booked a sup tour for Croatia. I paid my deposit and booked my flights independently as advised only to find out that the tour was cancelled. They refunded my deposit however I was unable to get a refund on my flights. An alternative tour was offered but with totally different beginning and end locations so the flights I had booked were totally inappropriate. I emailed them with this information and they asked for proof of my flights which I sent in order to give me a refund then changed their mind and told me that it was my fault as I booked my flights. I was out of pocket for just under £300!

Best week with the best team ! Everyone in the hotel goes above and beyond for everybody to feel at his or her best. The cook is more than delicious and the rooms are always clean. The view from the hotel is amazing, you can enjoy awesome sunsets or sunrises. The yoga teacher and the surf instructors will always help you to improve yourself. Theyâre all smiling and caring. There prices included everything as described, with no surprises. Their communication messaging system works really well to communicate with and track convos with the local surf company. Their information gave me the confidence to book something in this completely unknown place. The kindness and smile of Dagy and Marijn will welcome you in a beautiful and artistic hostel, they are always available to help and very useful for making your stay cozy. The skill of the surf teachers: Miguel, Gonçalo, Joao and Hugo will help you to learn how to surf while having a lot of fun. Lessons are for every levels and held with great preparation, professionalisms and patience. To sum up an awesome team that will allow you to âstay, surf and relaxâ! Last but not least every room of the hostel (very clean) is a piece of art as they have different styles and are painted by a local artist. I highly recommend Hostel&Surfcamp55!!!!

I booked kitesurfing lessons in Tarifa and everything was perfect! The communication went smoothly and arriving there everything was perfectly organised and very professional. Highly recommend staying at Golden waves. The lodge is clean, comfortable and has a great vibe. It has a great location and amazing outdoor space. All the personnel and surf instructor were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Everything is well organized, the school contacted me before the stay to keep informed about everything. All the team is very nice and friendly. Surf instructors are professionals and paying a lot of personal attention to everyone. Amazing spots to surf, great waves, I've got a lot of fun. Staying in the hostel is also a good idea, one minute walk from the school and the ocean, very clean and nice place. Hope to come back next year!
