Bought a 5 night all inclusive Mexico vacation package with Bookvip. I have an open date package. Called to book and was told by Monster RG that I had to pay another $400+ to book my fully paid vacation. This is a BIG RIP OFF!! My package was paid in full, I was never told about any other fees. When I originally book it in 2022 there were no other charges, unfortunally I had to cancel the trip and Bookvip sent me the cancellation with the information to rebook open ended at another time. I want to know why Monster is trying to book my vacation and charge me. I want Book vip to contact me and schedule my vacation for no additional $$ or refund my $615.00 to me.

Scammers. My partner has been scammed by this company from England from a completely separate website. For 6 months they have been taking a monthly amount from his account without his knowledge and he didn’t buy any kind of holiday with any company. They have a linked button on shop websites that people are unsuspectingly signing up to whilst buying something entirely separate! Absolutely disgusting low life behaviour you should be ashamed of yourselves!

I had a very frustrating experience with BookVIP. I booked a room for 4 people, but when I called the hotel to confirm my reservation, they told me it was for a room with only one bed. That’s clearly not enough for 4 guests. When I contacted BookVIP, they told me I had to pay $200 extra per night to get a room with two beds or move to a different hotel — which I had already told them I didn’t want.

Later, someone from BookVIP called and said they could give me the hotel I wanted with one bed and one sofa, and I agreed. But the next day, another person called and said my reservation was canceled, and that the previous representative gave me wrong information. My only options were to pay $200 per night or change the dates — after I had already arranged time off and planned everything for the trip.

It was very stressful and unprofessional. The lack of clear communication and accountability was disappointing. I don’t recommend using BookVIP unless you’re prepared for confusion, last-minute changes, and extra fees.

The staff at Vvip Bookings disgust me, they are utterly unprofessional and would never recommend this company to anyone!!!!!

If I could select 0 stars I will. We bought a package for Xcaret, when we were going to book it the first time they said that they were booked and that they have not available dates for this hotel that we could chose another hotel. We waited for some time and then we saw that the package was available online for sale at the web page (October 2024) so we called to try to book it. They said that this hotel was not longer available even though they were still advertising it on the web page. We decided to book another hotel so we didn’t lost the money we had already payed so we called and made a reservation for spring next year. Once the dates were selected they said that we needed to pay some money for taxes which we did. Many times we wrote and ask for a detail explanation of the costs and package and after many days they said that the hotel will contact us that we should be patient. They called us this week and said that the dates they already had said were available for us were NO LONGER available. It has been impossible to book the vacation we want. They have changed our package many times and we even payed extra money for taxes for a hotel that was not available. I will never recommend this business. They promote FALSE advertising in their web page, they don’t show the bad reviews in there just the good ones. It is very deceptive and they have a terrible customer service. It is impossible to talk to them and get clear information.

I booked a trip with Booksi, a timeshare preview, and was unhappy with the availability they offered after taking my money. I wrote a one-star trust pilot review with the details. They contacted me immediately and offered a $300 hotel discount if I revised my review. The $300 discount was credit with bookvip, which they applied against inflated hotel prices to give the illusion of a discount. To be fair, after a $165 discount, their rate was $13 lower than calling the hotel directly, but nothing you couldn’t get at Expedia without using bookvip’s crappy web interface. I’m guessing this company is connected to Booksi and Monster Reservations. Just temper your expectations and don’t give them any money you can’t afford to lose.

Ho avuto una cattiva esperienza, i clienti non sono seguiti, al momento dell'arrivo in hotel avendo notato che non mi era stata assegnata la camera per cui avevo, sia io che la reception dell'hotel abbiamo provato più volte a contattare gli operatori di bookvipplus ma nessuno rispondeva. Non comprerò MAI più con loro ho pagato inutilmente.

Buongiorno, vorrei essere contattato in merito alla prenotazione 4227396, in quanto mi è stata assegnata una camera non conforme a quella da me richiesta nel pagamento, ho pagato una camera con bagno in camera e finestra, invece al momento del CHECK-IN in hotel mi hanno assegnato una camera economy senza finestra e con bagno in comune, perché mi hanno segnalato che l'importo da me pagato era di 392,64 € ed era per una camera economy. (preciso che l'importo totale 392,64 + vook vip più sconto 440,80), pertanto non ho accettato l'assegnazione della suddetta camera economy, ho richiesto una camera come da condizioni con bagno in camera e finestra, e mi sono stati chiesti 800 corone svedesi in più. Per quanto sopra descritto faccio reclamo.
Good morning, I would like to be contacted regarding booking 4227396, as I was assigned a room that did not conform to the one I had requested in the payment, I paid for a room with a bathroom in the room and a window, instead at the time of CHECK-IN at the hotel they assigned me an economy room without a window and with a shared bathroom, because they reported that the amount I paid was €392.64 and was for an economy room. (I specify that the total amount 392.64 + vook vip plus discount 440.80), therefore I did not accept the assignment of the aforementioned economy room, I requested a room as per the conditions with a bathroom in the room and a window, and I was asked for an extra 800 Swedish sek. For the above described I am making a complaint.

I used Bookvip on my first vacation to Villa Del Palmar in Cabo San Lucas. Its not a scam at all. The only thing you have to do is a 90 minute timeshare seminar, that's why you get the price that you pay. I didn't mind the time share. I loved the resort the people were super nice the resort was very clean and I enjoyed every minute of my vacation.

I'm sorry to say so strong,but BOOKINGVIP.COM complete SCAMMERS!! I bought a hotel, that never could book, called more than 5 times, would always get hang up on me!

The way bookinvip.com scams is very well done:
They give you 2 years to book trip, what happens:
If you book after more then 60 days, they don't find availability and hang up. They ask very intimidating questions, you are never able to speak with the same person, as much time as you call.. eventually when you realize that you will not get any booking there is nothing you can do about payment since it's more than 60 days passed.
Terrible terrible experience. Paid almost $800 and can not get neither hotel, nor money back.
Please review BOOKINGVIP.COM company as much as you can, as they could eventually be responsible for their actions!!

Avoid at all cause. Don't book with these people. If you like to lose your money go for it. I book with these people and they couldn't meet in of my accommodations, I tried to move restavations to another state and they still couldn't accommodate me, and also refused to give a refund, they are still trying to give me a store instead of give my money back.

Scam over Scam.. I gave very bad feedback on BookVIP and they called me as if they want to resolve my issue. They reffered to someother company called Mosterrg and they are asking all details and my credit card info. Then I went online and saw reviews and they are really bad. So surprised even I said scam ..taking that statement they are pulling into another scam.. what the hell is this bookVIP..

BookVIPplus.com. does not give you the cash credits all at once to pay for a hotel. They only allow you to reserve 2 and 3 star (or worse) hotels and only allow you to use part of the credits per reservation (around $50 credit) Not worth it in my opinion!

Still have my $599. Have had it for about 4-5 years. Can’t go anywhere in US by being a single man. Must go out of the country. My girlfriend doesn’t meet qualifications for me to out in her name. Won’t give me back my money. Or. Just half. That I asked for

Bait and switch. They will sell you a cheap vacation and when you go to book they will tell you there is no availability BUT (!) for more money, they can book you at one of many other resorts.

This is not a one off - I have been trying to book with them since BEFORE COVID! They even made me pay more money to extend my travel voucher because they had no availability.

And yet still, every time I try to book I get the same response: your dates are unavailable, but if you want to pay more money we can book you at any of our other resorts. This is a direct quote from the booking agent: "We have received such a high volume of bookings that we oversold the avail units at this price."

It's bait and switch which is illegal in the US.

I do not recommended this website because I do not want to be hated for that recommendation.
I booked a trip through them about 7 weeks before our vacation. However, 5 days before the vacation, we were still struggling to find out which hotel and what room our reservation was for and could not find an answer. How stressful it is! Here are some main reasons I do not recommend BOOKVIP.
1. We saw their plan online and saw "free cancellation" then called them as required after payment. Then we were told we would not get full refund if cancel the trip, part of the payment will be held by them as "credit" to use later. So basically, it's not a lie about "free cancellation".
2. For part of the plan, we were obligated to attend a presentation to get the discount. It was said and written as a "2 hour presentation". However, it was 3 hours and a half, wasted a whole half day of our vacation. The product they tried to sell on the presentation was very expensive, we were not planning to purchase right there and then, the representatives just kept asking "why do you not plan to buy now" again and again after we told them "no".
3. We purchased and paid to Bookvip and another company named "Monster" called us back with our information to operate our reservation. They could not explain why, when we called Bookvip, Bookvip staff said they didn't know "Monster" and told us not to trust them. At the end, still "Monster" operated our reservation but in the middle, we had to make 20-30 phone calls and spent hours and hours to make things clear and go through, Bookvip didn't help NOTHING!
Above are the 3 main reasons that I do not recommend Bookvip without mentioning little problems such like they got the vacation dates wrong, got the room type wrong, etc. I think Bookvip could save 100 dollars on your vacation, however, the time you wasted on them really worth more than that. And if you do not pay 120% attention (like if we didn't find out they made our vacation dates wrong), they may ruin your vacation easily. By the way, their price does not include tax, so not really save that much.

I booked a supposedly a trip to Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort. Was told it was good for 18 months. I have been trying since October & despite having e-mails confirming payments & valid dates (until 1/23/23)($200.00) no one could help me- Have been trying again -only to be told "we don't book Westgate Resort any more"!! Just today I was told to call a number that would book the resort-the person said they don't book the resort. Will never book again.

Worse than Bait and Switch! Travel Bookings was the entity listed on my credit card, when I reserved hotel rooms, and charged $216. The phone 888-849-7541 was for Bookvip.com who answered. They're located in Suite 700 #0033 at 601 Brickell Key Dr Miami FL 33131. Sent them my small claims summons via certified mail, which they refused. This is how unscrupulous companies work; though I booked the hotel through Unsold.com, Travel Bookings got my $216 that I booked thru Unsold on 2/2/2021. My reservation given was Confirmation # 61405.
On 5/22/2021 after many emails, that reservation was cancelled and re-booked. I needed to change to USA, and created a Charleston, SC booking for 8/23 to 8/26/2021. The confirmation # 69509 and reference # PHXGF4 was the new reservation. Then UNSOLD stated they could not honor my reservation and the hotel said they never booked anything and never heard of UNSOLD.com. By twisting up names, using shell companies, BOOKVIP.com gets away with cheating consumers. I now have added $45 for a summons I thought would help me obtain my refund, but I could not afford a process server in Miami.

So please refund the $ 216 paid on 2/2/2021.

Bought a vacation package for Cancun Mexico. In May 2022 they said I have 18 months to use it, I called, and isked if I can switch to a vacation in the US, they transferred me to Monster reservations, they gave me a package to go to taihi village Nevada, I paid another $261.45, the next day they emailed me the confirmation #, and dates, when I called the resort in Nevada it doesn't exist, it's fake. ..they're lairs they're thiefs. I have the proof of what I paid.
