That was never our intention, and I want to be completely clear: your refund never depended on your review, and it never will.

Here is what happened.

Your original refund request never reached our support system, which is why you were left waiting and understandably frustrated. As soon as we saw your review, we contacted you by email to sort it out.

Our team hoped you might update your review once the problem was solved, but it was only a request, never a condition, and we should have worded it much better.

We have now found your purchase and processed your full refund today.

Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. If you have any question about it, simply reply to our email and I'll personally make sure it's handled.
