I have been doing this a long time and have used just about every data provider out there. The support from Mark and his team has been second to none - responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The platform is also incredibly user-friendly, which makes everything much easier and more efficient. In a space where service often disappoints, these guys really stand out. We are hopeful we can produce some clients together, and when future data needs come up, they will be first on the list.

Data is of decent quality but is way more expensive than other providers of contact lists.

Mark at Book Your Data was awesome to work with. He took the time to really understand what I was trying to do and walked me through the whole process — especially around email unlocking and how their pricing structure works.

He explained everything in a way that finally clicked for me and saved me a ton of trial and error. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend working with Mark if you’re using BYD.

So far so good. I am running the emails through another bounce software and they give me credits for anything that comes back as a potential bounce. Looking forward to testing out the others. Mark is really helpful through the whole process!

BookYourData gave us exactly what we needed, clean and verified contacts. The platform is simple, fast and very user friendly. Our campaigns worked better with their data, and we didn't waste money on invalid leads.

The platform is simple to use, and creating an email list only takes a few minutes. Most of the contacts we got were correct and up to date. It has definitely made our prospecting easier.

The platform is very intuitive, and the data quality is reliable. Precise lead selection saves budget. While available filtering options are beneficial, it's already streamlined our prospect search and boosted outreach effectiveness. I'll give their support team a 5 star rating.

We purchased 15,000 credits from Bookyourdata.com in June this year. We started downloading data in batches of 3,000. The first batch of data had a bounce rate of 25%, The second batch of data had a bounce rate of 30% and so on. The last batch of data had almost 40% bounce rate. But, whenever we sent them the bounce reports, they used give us new credits so that we can download more data. Although they were kind enough to do this, and in the end, we had about 13,200 clean contacts with minimum bounce rate, the data is quite old and stale, it is the email addresses which work, but no one uses them. It is mostly data of old employees of those companies who do not work there anymore but the emails have not yet been de-activated. Also, most of the data comes from the same couple of big companies, if you try to download maximum of 5 or 10 emails from each company, then, the system will only give you a very few email addresses. We were looking forward to purchasing another 2 batches of 15,000 contacts but since the data is stale, we decided to stop here. Be careful before you commit big. I saw on Trustpilot.com that they had about 10 5 star reviews but most of them have been removed by Trustpilot. Most probably the 5 star reviews are from people affiliated with Bookyourdata.com who want to make you buy.
