Boomerangme is a digital loyalty platform that enables businesses of all sizes to enhance their client's experiences, increase footfall and nurture brand ambassadors. I found the product to be easy to use with a user interface that is seamless and understood. Boomerangme has a library rich in video tutorials and their biggest asset are their staff. The staff have always been at hand to guide and assist and their dedication is commendable. Another HUGE PLUS are the feature rich enhancements that are being included .

Loyalty cards - this is why I bought this tool. Make a card, send a link or QR code, and boom. Customers have it on Apple Pay & GPay
Gift Card Management - I’m using it, but test only. It’s OK, but without more info. Work.
Loyalty program - Setup it with 2 hours of work. Work like a charm. Very easy and intuitive
Rewards Management - on the dashboard I see everything that is important to get insights about customers & retention
Activity tracker - use it for remarking :)
Referral tracking - super, works great. I use referrals to get new customers. The reward for customer & potential customer. Cool
CRM - I have no opinion. Use it only to have basic information about clients.

As I am a fan of marketing and all kinds of gamification, I was delighted with this software and its possibilities.
This is not a toy, but a serious loyalty system with powerful possibilities. We have various types of loyalty cards, discount cards, membership cards, certificates, etc. and all this with perfect integration with Apple and Google Wallet. Push notifications based on geolocation or on a schedule - whatever you want...
I highly recommend. What I have mentioned is only part of the possibilities...

I would classify myself as a recluse when it comes to leaving reviews, but once every so often there is a software solution that rocks my world in terms of the functionality, the opportunity it presents, and SUPER IMPORTANTLY the team that are behind it!

And Boomerangme is all that and more! This is the nirvana of digital loyalty programs.

Time to throw away outdated punch cards- and usher in the Boomerangme!!

There is most certainly room for improvement, but that hardly detracts from the fact that this software is already functional and marketable; it is cutting edge compared to the manner in which most businesses roll out this type of service AND for that matter existing digital solutions; AND the Boomerangme team are hungry to develop this solution with the help of the community....and in my book any company that builds into their operating model (and ethos) the value of being dialed into the voice of the customer, and the importance of leveraging that feedback into the ongoing development of the software, is world class.

I have found the team at Boomerangme to be all that and more. This is not a solution to pass up on if you have a use case or service that could benefit from implementing the software- because the value (and future value) is tremendous.

Diamonds don't come out of the ground polished and cut, and once they are you have missed the boat on maximizing the opportunity. This software solution is well on its way to being the perfect digital customer loyalty solution, but WOW it is still being sold at a fraction of the price it should be.

I am stoked to be onboard. And yes I maxed out on the codes, and the upsell via the website.

Great Digital Loyalty App

This is a great digital loyalty program! This helps to create personalized promotions and offers for customers to keep them coming back. The best thing is it is easy to set-up.

La comunidad de Facebook es bastante activa. Es un producto adecuado para pequeñas empresas locales o franquicias. Los empleados la configuran rápido y el control e integración con otras herramientas es bastante simple.

Great interface and love the end product and ease pf use.

This software is gold for anyone who has or works with brick and mortar businesses. This could be restaurants, clothing stores, salons, anything!

It's a well thought approach to loyalty programs, which are usually clunky, and require a lot more moving pieces. On top of that, they are responsive and seem to be dedicated to making this a great tool for businesses that sell to their customers directly. And the experience is one that's easy and enjoyable for the customer too, which is a win-win!

I hesitated before trying but I am very happy that I did try Boomerangme, as it has functions that I would not see in the apps I tried before.

With Boomerangme, I can create full loyalty programs for my clients, with 6 types of cards: discount coupon, subscription, cashback, stamp, certificate, and interestingly loyalty stamp. The creation process is visually shown, I was also given various options for the design (logo, icon, background), and finally got a QR code and link to send to client.

Both UI and UX of Boomerangme is very polished and well designed - and I love products that have that maturity.

All in all, I am having very satisfactory experience with Boomerangme - it is becoming a favorite platform that I can visit daily, with love.

I've used a couple of Digital Loyalty Card Apps in the past, but Boomerangme is definitely a notch above those and for a lower price.

The interface in clean and easy to navigate. When you log in for the first time you will notice this is a quality app.

But best of all is that they listen to their customers and make improvements based on what people suggest. the customer support is responsive.

These are qualities you will see from industry leaders.

If you haven't picked up Boomerangme yet, don't waste more time and jump in soon! You will be glad you did!

Very easy-to-use loyalty card generator with the ability to send push messages and connect Twilio for instance for better customer engagement.
They already have white labelling.
Now the app has some luck features but almost all I will want is already on the roadmap!

I am a serial purchaser of tools that look to add value to my clients. I help hospitality outlets and Boomerangme fits this space perfectly. I am impressed with how quickly and easily the process is to setup your new service.
Likewise I am impressed with the customer service. I have used their chat, their zoom call and email and all 3 have been a great experience.
I can honestly recommend this product if you are looking to expand your offerring to existing clients or you want to start a new service in your neighbourhood.
There are just so so many use cases for loyalty cards it is mind boggling.

Boomerangme helps companies manage their customer loyalty programs, stamps, subscription services, coupons, and discounts.

The platform integrates all these features into one convenient user interface and can be all synchronized together.

Loyalty programs are excellent retention tools for your clients. Boomerangme offers stats and analytics. There are also loyalty grading metrics which allow you to keep track of your marketing performance.

I haven't tried yet the stamp feature but you get the use of it. You cumulate stamps and get a free product. this is a great client retainer system too.

Membership is related to the loyalty feature and points are given for every visit/scan on your membership card. We plan to use this feature for Gym clients.

Loyalty programs offer discounts for your loyal customers. You mentioned before that you need to track everything so you can develop a discount plan and move your best customers into a better package.

Cashback is actually the main feature we like: each purchase get a certain percentage as cashback available to spend again as coupon. this is great to increase loyalty and average basket spending.

coupon allows percentage discount or a flat amount of money.

Certificates is a feature we haven't used yet but we are planning to dive into this later.

all your operations, customers and details are stored in the CRM but can be also synched with your own CRM using an integrator.

We are very happy with boomerangme and the support we received was great.

We are waiting for E-commerce synching (woocommerce/shopify) to fully integrate boomerangme with onsite and offsite businesses.

I finally met a tool that covers my needs 100%. Maximum simplicity and freedom of action. Perfect communication with customers. I have long wanted to transfer the loyalty program from plastic to online. Now we don't need to mess with maps, everything happens automatically, we just need a phone.

The new client simply scans the QR code and receives the card (the application automatically generates ready-made stickers), and we simply uploaded the old clients to the system using xls. They are available by clicking on the phone and will not get lost in a pile of plastic cards. This is new and interesting for customers!

What I liked especially:

1. Maximum simplicity and freedom of action. It took me no more than 15 minutes to launch my first promotion. Despite the fact that I saw the interface for the first time. It's easy for anyone to figure out.
2. More than 100 ready-made ready-made card templates + I can customize my design and branding
3. Easily inform customers with free push notifications, even by geolocation. Super
4. Lack of additional equipment to work with the system. Managers can simply scan the card using the application installed on their phone - very convenient.
5. Import the database. We already have a large base of our customers, whom we were able to easily connect to this tool, and then informed everyone by email.
6. A fairly serious CRM. Convenient statistics on the number of cards issued, customer activity, loyalty, transactions, customer accounting, sales, accrual and write-off of bonuses. All in one place and very clearly.
7. The service complies with GPDR.
8. Price. It is definitely cheaper than any plastic and paper media.

What I wanted to pay attention to:

1. When adding a new manager, the site gave an error, but after reloading the page, everything seems to have returned to normal. I have not connected it with what it is connected with
2. You cannot add more than 10 locations to one map. I would like more.
3. It's a pity that notifications can't be personalized. Perhaps these are the limitations of Apple Wallet and Google Pay.

You will establish and establish constant communication with customers. You will be able to thank them for their purchase, congratulate them on holidays or send promotions to "sleeping" customers. This is a great solution for me, because it covers all my needs at the moment and even more. I don't think we'll need any more tools!

Great sales and loyal customers to all! I recommend it

I have small restaurant and of course I have accounting software, expensive CRM, social-media tools, but I couldn't get into the customers' phones, and It makes no difference to my guests what a cool accounting system I have, they come to eat delicious food only. I know that loyalty systems works and printed a lot of cards and all the time my guests forget their cards or lose or don't remember their balance.

It took me only 2 hours to create and start using this tool.
With Boomerangme I found a key how to save money on printing cards and get into customers phones and directly to apple wallet or Google pay with digital loyalty bonus card.

Now I'm so happy that my guest pass through registration in 20 seconds themselves and receive bonus card of my restaurant in wallet.
I can communicate with them using free push notifications also automatically wish a happy birthday and remind them of their next visit.

And it is very easy to distribute:
- Print once sticker with QR
- Share a link to a digital card on social media or WhatsApp
- Happy customers can share with their cards directly from wallet and receive referral bonuses.

Amazing, now more than half of my guest using loyalty cards and become spend their bonuses with repeated purchases.
