These guys used to be good but since Shadowlands have been pretty worthless. Tried numerous runs. In some cases flat out couldn’t do it and in others couldn’t provide loot traders. There are better more reliable options out there now

Over priced other places have better groups faster wait times and way more reasonably priced

Requested a RBG carry to 1600 , waited a week to hear anything , then got on help line , they said no team would take at least 2 weeks , so i asked maybe could do 3v3 arena to get to rating 1600, waited 3 days nothing from them , back to helpline they told me to be online 10am CST the next day to do order{dont be late } , logged on at 9.30am , waited till 10.15am cst Nothing , back to helpline waited 15 mins for answer , no answer for 10 mins , so asked should i just request a Refund , they said yes so was refunded

Thanks for jerking me around for a week , dont think this service is up to the Task

The raid was smoooth, but in the website it says you get all the loot the pros get because they don't need it. You may want to put a disclaimer in there about them possibly not being able to loot, as NOT A SINGLE booster looted anything. They were most likely locked, and thats fine, but mention this. If I had known that it was possible I would get no loot I would not have signed up. And I quote, directly pulled off your website, of the overview for the Normal Castle Nathria...

The end could use a disclaimer that they may not loot or be eligible

These guys are awesome. Once u pay you are in a group in 5-10 minutes. Completed quick no problem. I’ve done horrific visions and mythic +15. All great experiences. In fact I got 2 free loot traders and when we did a run I still didn’t get any loot worthwhile . So they did another run for me for free! Great team. Wil order again for sure

I paid for a loot trader but this "loot trader" was one of their under-geared alts, He couldn't trade me any of the items he got that I needed because they were ilvl upgrades to him. To compensate, the other members were handing me extra rings and cloaks. So I came out with like 5 rings and 3 cloaks but some of the drops that I actually wanted were just upgrades for the boosters.

The team was efficient and polite, but I can't say I got what I was paying for. The entire 8 dungeons with a "loot trader" only took me to 170ilvl from ~160. It seems to me I payed them to tag along while they geared up their alts.

Awesome carry, very quick and easy. No hassles.

Purchased a raid and was scheduled then the morning of said that things were cancelled and tried to get me to buy something else. Requested a refund which hopefully will go through.

I still haven't gotten my carry i feel like you shouldn't advertise something that can't be done.

Got banned 2 days later

Power Level was good, fast, and efficient, been using boost carry over the years, but this time I was suspended for account sharing for my power level, don't know what kind of VPN was used if any. That's the risk we take to get services done for us.

I was banned. The service was great until that point.

Short and simple the run was completed. Originally 1 person tried to run me but I needed more help and we wiped. Then 10 minutes later they had a new team with 2 people and it went great.
