Company customer service only has email which they don't respond to. They will automatically subscribe you to a second order without even showing you it in your "subscriptions".

Even though the order was still processing and not yet even prepared for shipping, they offered me a 30% refund and then did not respond to my emails for days. Don't trust this company.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, POUCHES ARE LESS THAN HALF THE SIZE THEY WERE ORIGINALLY, AND ALMOST EVERY PACKAGE SOME ARE BROKEN OPEN, LONG SHIPPING TIMES AND FREQUESNT DELAYS

Good Flavour, only lasts about 45 minutes or less. Doesnt have any benefits, or even energy gain for that matter. Dont waste your money.

Absolutely no idea where my order is, it’s been “in transit” for 2 weeks. No communication or updates. Awful awful company

Pouches take minimum 4 weeks to arrive in Calgary.
My latest order I cancelled after not receiving it for 6 weeks.

Customer service is not helpful/evasive if you receive a response at all.
Do not recommend.

Ordered from Canada arrived in 2 weeks, overall they help distract the urge to use nicotine pouches, good flavour, but more of a "placebo" focus effect. After going through all 10 cans, I no longer have the desire to go back to nicotine.

Placed an order back in January, and here we are in March and I have yet to receive my order. I’ve emailed them first wondering where my order was, and now just want a refund and they have ceased all communication. Don’t to business with these scam artists from the CCP.

Ok they fixed my first issue and pouches are good, but only giving 4 stars because of long delivery time.

Product was never delivered and customer service was horrific. Asked for a refund and the company cut off all communication. Avoid this place at all costs. Much better products all over the internet. This one is a rip off.

Horrible customer service and misleading promotions. Product drop shipped out of China. Nothing says health like a product that gets drop shipped from China. The promotion Says buy 3 get 3 free and thats not the case. Was shorted 9 tins on my order. Company takes over 5 days to respond to each email. Last email I wrote asking for a return label was sent 6 days ago and no reply. Starting a charge back with Visa. Horrible company. Garbage product. Stay far away from this company.

I’ve been waiting two months on my shipment terrible

Finally received my pouches after nearly a month of waiting.. 100% waste of time and money. There is nothing "natural" about these, and they for sure don't do anything besides burn your mouth a bit. I feel lucky to even have received my order (which came from China). Highly suggest not wasting your time.

*Updated to 3 stars* Coincidently received the package couple of hours after writing this review. Tried a first pouch and product is fine, it's just that delivery times are very long and there is no mention of that on their website.

Never got the product, they are dropshipping directly from China. Been waiting for a month now. At first they responded to my emails fast but now i havent got any answers to my multiple inquiries.

I ordered my pouches over 2 months ago!!!! Still no pouches…. I have officially asked for a refund if the product has still not been shipped out.

I had such high hopes for this.

Bought some been waiting for over a month now for them to come in. And on the delivery info. It says “package return, reason: other. So im pissed and says they might be in china. Emailed the company almost a week ago and still no response so there goes my $75 no thanks to boost.

So not purchase products unless you don't want them to come. Been waiting 6 weeks and they haven't even packed my order.. seems like a scam company

Really enjoy the product! Great start to the morning! My only concern was that one of the containers was cracked upon delivery.
