A great platform for creating content and accepting payments.
It’s quite user-friendly for both creators and viewers. Of course, there are occasional glitches, but it only temporary.

The support I received from Boosty’s IT team has been disappointing and, in my view, unprofessional.

Recently, I encountered a serious issue: my videos would not load at all, neither in the app nor in the web browser. Before contacting support, I made every reasonable effort to resolve the problem myself. I reinstalled the app, closed and reopened both Safari and the Boosty app, and tried different basic troubleshooting steps.

After exhausting these options, I contacted the IT team and requested a refund for my subscription. This was not because I was dissatisfied with the content, but because I was unable to access the videos I had paid for.

The response I received was not helpful. I was advised to reinstall the app, try another browser, change my internet provider, or avoid using a VPN. The first two suggestions were steps I had already taken before reaching out. The latter suggestions shift responsibility to the user instead of addressing the ongoing technical issues on the platform.

This is not the first time I have experienced such problems. I had similar issues with previous subscriptions, but chose to overlook them at the time. In this case, however, I find the situation unacceptable. I also provided video evidence of the issue, yet my messages were effectively ignored.

For a paying and loyal customer, this level of support is disappointing. A platform that charges for video content should ensure that customers can reliably access what they are paying for and should handle technical complaints with greater seriousness and professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this platform to others.

Avoid Boosty if you value your time and your community. They blocked my account for 3 months under the guise of an 'Eligibility' and 'Verification' process, only to finally admit that no fraud was committed.

Taking a quarter of a year to verify an account is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for creators. They provide no specific reasons for their blocks, hiding behind vague Terms of Service. It’s no wonder there is a massive exodus of users to competitor platforms.

If you want a platform that actually communicates and functions, look elsewhere. The comments on their own YouTube channel prove I’m not the only one facing this incompetence.

i had 2 payments and wanted to withdraw them, customer support didnt answer what. the problem why there is delya, but asked me to give more and more information, every next agent was a new one and asked the same question. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have been working with Boosty for 4 years now, and I am pleased with the responsive support, daily withdrawal of funds and various new features. I plan to continue using it, and I also calmly recommend it to my friends.

I was a Boosty creator for not so long, but I already can tell that its a pretty handy site for authors of any kind
You can post any kind of content (within the site TOS ofc) choose what tier of subscribers can see it, you can adjust an early access to your post if you wish for it to change after some time
Daily withdrawals are pretty neat too, you dont need to wait too long to get your money
Overall a pretty good platform for content creators of any kind

I've known about this service for a long time because of bloggers, but when I started drawing, I started using it myself as an author sometime in March 2022.

In 2022, Boosty had an influx of new users, and because of this event, there were many problems that the service overcame and remained afloat even after Paypal payments were disabled.
Yes, card payments are now available on Boosty (including virtual cards and Paypal-issued cards. If you didn't know about such cards, now you know), but this small disadvantage is outweighed by the advantages of the service in the form of a user-friendly and pleasant interface and functionality that has been improved over the years.

The support service is working well, although I have not yet met any service with poor support.
Another advantage is the ability to add previews to paid publications, which allows people to better evaluate what they will be paying for.
Promotional functionality is also available for Boosty authors in the form of gift subscriptions and subscription discounts.

Well, if you are a creator who wants to gain support and monetize your content among the audience of the CIS countries, Boosty will be useful to you, because this service is well known in these regions.

It's convenient to share photos with subscribers from twitch. Also i'm looking to being able to publish content from the app.

I've been using the service for over a year. Now I want to start blogging more actively. The functionality suits, the withdrawal of funds is daily, which is also convenient. I tried to keep private streams for subscribers, and more loyal followers appeared.

It works really well most of the time. A few quirks are readily solved by a helpful community manager. The Android app, however, was taken down (unknown reasons, hopefully the issue would be resolved). Would like to have an option for currency switch in payouts and in earned money.

I have earned 700$ with this shit site! They dont reply to my tickets, dont pay me out! Scammers

А если захочешь написать комментарий, то это отдельная история: строка очень маленькая и не видно всего текста. К тому де часто выясняется, что сообщение не было отправлено. Я очень люблю своих блогеров, но, к сожалению, должна отказаться от подписок, потому что я редко смотрю и читаю их на бусти. А все из-за того, что неудобное приложение. Да, если я решу посмотреть на телевизоре и подключу мобильный или планшет, то картинка будет малюсенькая посреди огромного экрана.

I have been an author on this platform for 3 years, and I can say that it is definitely not without its drawbacks, but it also has its advantages. As an author, I have the opportunity to monetize my content and withdraw funds, and I have not encountered any issues with attracting an audience or withdrawing funds. However, there are some issues related to working on the platform, such as a small variety of reactions on posts, the inability to post as an author from within the app, and, most importantly, the lack of additional withdrawal and payment methods, which could help attract more customers.

Есть проблемы и нехватка способов оплаты подписки - криптовалюты и разные платёжные системы.
Местами глючный. Иногда не присылает уведомления. Но в целом вполне себе обычный краудфандинг.
Хорошо, что постоянно ведётся работа над улучшением сервиса. И, вроде как, к просьбам пользователей прислушиваются.

Радует, что благодаря данному сервису я могу получать дополнительный контент про искусство или размышления от BlackLipss_ которая на Twitch

It's a very cool site for authors, you can add your content in different formats and not be afraid that a new subscriber won't be able to find something. Withdrawals are daily, which is very suitable for me. I'm subscribed to other authors, I often watch content from the app, everything is implemented very conveniently ❤️

Love boosty with all my heart, awesome platform. I've been using it as an author for 2 years now. Automatic payouts every day on any bank-card, payments from your audience can be accepted from anywhere in the world, and tons of features to monetize every content in so many ways!

I see a lot of negative reviews here (which is surprising to me), and I can clarify where some of them come from. I will tell you from my perspective (as an author) what problems you may encounter if you decide to earn money here. And how to avoid them (which is very simple).

In short: if you’re a genuine creator with real content — on Boosty or elsewhere — and your content does not violate the service rules, then be sure, you won’t have any issues with withdrawals or whatsoever. I guarantee it.

Problems happen when an account has no content, no subscribers, and no clear source of audience. And suddenly $100, $500, $1,000, etc. arrive there, lol ... In those cases, Boosty may temporarily hold withdrawals (of course) as a standard security measure to protect both the platform and its users. And just ask you a couple of questions to make sure you're not a scammer, money launderer, or some other unknown entity. It's obvious why this is necessary.

Almost all negative reviews from "authors" come from people trying to use Boosty as a wallet or a money-transfer service — which it isn’t. Boosty is created for monetizing content, either on the platform itself or when the source of payments is transparent.

If it’s clear why people are paying you and for what content, everything works smoothly. So, don't pay attention to the negativity, it's completely unjustified. Boosty is a top-notch service, and decent authors never have any problems. Myself and hundreds of thousands of other authors are proof of that. So feel free to use it, folks, and good luck!

Хорошее приложение. Разработчики прислушиваются к авторам и развиваются. Часто бывают технические, сбои но Рим не сразу строился!
