The customer service was the best I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the wrong size T-shirt so had a disappointed Husband Christmas morning.
Rob from Boot & Ball was so kind to respond to me on Boxing Day to reassure me he would exchange item - I would say above and beyond. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Ordered a pack of cards as a present for grandson who had been to many of the games the last couple of years. I expected they would have photos of the England players so he could keep as a reminder of the matches and players he had paid so much to go and watch. They just weren’t special enough I was very disappointed. I should have checked before ordering

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, tshirt was really nicely packed in branded paper, quality of tshirt is great and sizing correct. Would buy from here again. Great gift.

Shocking.

Delivery delayed
Delivery delayed. Tried to cancel but unable, I did have contact from the company advising to return if not happy.
The quality of the glasses (14 ordered in total for a special event) were of a lower standard than expected. The glass is quite thick and the transfers appear a bit cheap. The recipients were happy with the thought behind the gift, personally, would not order again. Very expensive for what you actually get.
