My experience was really good.

I was walking in Jervis centre when I saw a poster for free hearing test I went in and some staff told me to book online,,, luckily Anton came out any said he had some free time he can help me honestly I don’t think I would have asked for more he was kind and helpful did the test and found out I have 70% hearing loss my previous hearing aids were big couldn’t wear them in public because I felt a bit less that I’m young and can’t hear.. fast forward got my hearing aids adjusted now I can hear properly and I’m so grateful to Antony he is one of the best.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Melahat Yavuz an exceptionally professional and courteous audiologist, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at ease with her warm demeanour and clear communication. This visit was to update the software in my hearing aids, but Mel also checked and cleaned my ears and the hearing aids.
Her professionalism was evident not only in her expertise but also in the way she listened attentively to my concerns and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such kindness and respect.

An absolute pleasure and a fantastic experience dealing with highly professional Mel in Cork City Boots branch.
Originally assuming the hearing test would be a quick 15min session, turned out to be nearly 2hrs experience with incredibly personal and amazingly skilled approach.
I have never experienced such outstanding service.
I would highly recommend anyone with hearing issues to visit Mel's audiology -World of Hearing in Cork.

My Audiologist (Mel) in boots cork was just brilliant , she was so helpful and patient with me. Also get me set up with hearing aids through my prsi and gave me detailed tuition on how to use and maintain them . I would highly recommend her .

Three times I have booked a hearing test at Boots in Stroud, and each time it has been cancelled at the last minute. Each time the message says I will be contacted within 24 hours, never happens.
Totally useless!

Linto Antony was most attentive in the manner which restoring my hearing . I am delighted of the clarity of Audionova hearing aid which was recommended during the consultation. The Service and his courtesy was made the whole process easy to follow.

2. Boots after sale service is excellent.
3. The audiologist Mr Linto that myself, my wife and our daughter dealt with was simply super. Friendly, engaging, efficient and very knowledgeable.

Hemali at the Watford branch was so helpful and really great with my mum who was coming to terms with coming for a hearing test. Really tentative and informative and put my mum’s mind to rest. Mum looking forward to getting her hearing aides. Think it will change and help so much. So a huge thank you for being so sensitive to her feelings.

Returned to Boots today hearing aid checked and one speaker replaced, it would be far more convenient to have wax removal with company who supplied aids!!
