THEY REFUSED TO PAY ME THE PROMISED INCENTIVE AFTER APPLYING FOR AND RECEIVING A CREDIT CARD FROM THEIR SITE.
I STOPPED USING THE CARD AND CONTACTED THE BANK FOR RELIEF AND COMPENSATION.
THEY ARE NOT THERE TO HELP YOU, BUT TO MAKE MONEY FROM THE LENDERS THEY PROMOTE AND SELL YOUR INFORMATION TO.

It is a breeze to deal with the customer service team at Borrowel.
They are always quick to acknowledge my rent proof submission, their communication is always on point. I appreciate the sense of urgency on their part anytime I am late submitting my rent proof.
They are always very accommodating and professional.

I’ve been using Borrowell primarily for credit score monitoring, and I must say — that part of the service is phenomenal. The platform offers clear, up-to-date insights on my credit score and reports, with helpful tips and alerts that made it easy to stay informed and in control. It’s one of the best free monitoring tools out there.

However, when it comes to credit building, the experience fell short. Despite paying for the credit building subscription, I didn’t see any noticeable improvement in my score over time. The subscription fee of $35/month feels excessive, especially considering there’s no actual borrowing involved — just paying a monthly fee in hopes of boosting your credit.

Lowering the subscription cost would make the service much more appealing. As it stands, it’s hard to justify paying that amount monthly without a tangible impact. Borrowell is excellent for credit monitoring, but the credit-building side definitely needs improvement and better value for money.

I've been using this service to report my monthly rent payments to Equifax for over 2 years now, and I honestly can't say enough good things about the Customer Service team. Every interaction I've had with the team has been nothing short of exceptional—they’re always extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers such a high level of customer service. They've made the entire process easy and seamless, and it's made a real difference in building my credit. Highly recommend!

It is a sales site pitching products. If you apply to the products they recommend it could actually damage your credit score. Don't fall for it. Please.

I've been using Borrowell for years and it has kept me informed on the health of my credit. I've used the rent Advantage reporting and it is well worth it. I even reported the last 12 months as well. This has helped increase my credit score tremendously. They have given me a better idea on how to help improve further and it has worked wonders for me... their service is excellent, they reply quickly and guide me through when needed. thank you for helping me better my credit and allowing more in my own life. You have made a big difference, I'm very grateful

Excellent experience! I am using 2 of their products: the rent advantage and the credit builder. So far, so smooth and professional. Every transaction is reported to the credit bureau on time. The help from the customer service is knowledgable and Swift.

The company looked after a glitch I had in my app right away. Under promised, saying perhaps three days. They fixed it in one day. Leo was great! Excellent communication! Thank You!
