I engaged Bossdecor Ltd to carry out decorating and panelling works at my property in December 2025 and paid £5,000 for the job.

The works were left incomplete and included a number of defects, such as missed painted areas, poor finishing and issues around electrical fittings.

I raised these concerns with the contractor and he attended the property on several occasions. However, he did not accept responsibility for a number of the defects and stated that further works would require additional payment.

I subsequently obtained an independent quotation which confirmed that the works require rectification.

The matter remains unresolved and no refund has been offered.

I recently hired Bossdecor Ltd, led by Artur, to carry out a full roof replacement along with interior and exterior painting work, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

From start to finish, Artur and his team were professional, reliable, and highly skilled. The roof replacement was completed to an excellent standard, with great attention to detail and quality materials. Inside and outside painting was also done beautifully — clean, precise, and with a flawless finish that really transformed the property.
