Very poor customer service.

We’ve been promised certification for over a year, but nothing has been delivered. Every time there’s a new excuse — failed tests, issues with the lab, or unclear reasons. We still haven’t received any clear explanation of what’s actually going on.

We’ve asked to speak with the person responsible, but instead get told it’s outside their control. No transparency, no accountability.

Very disappointing experience.

Bought Evo stik glue for a wood flooring project absolute nightmare to work with needed two hands squeezing to try and get it out of the bottle nozzle snapped off after an hour. Had to hammer the tongue and groove to get it together way to thick , switched to gorilla glue after the first row which flowed so much better and could pull the joints together by hand.

Tubes half full of air, strength and quality gone down hill. I have used no end of this product for years. I know prices have gone up and as a general rules items in the shops have got smaller but this is deceiving. I am sure retailers are also selling old out of date stock. There are plenty of alternatives for me to try

J'ai acheté une colle à bois Sader transparente au séchage, utilisable sur du carton et il s'avère qu'elle n'est pas transparente du tout ! Je suis habituée à utiliser des colles à bois transparente et c'est la première fois que j'ai ce problème ! Je l'ai utilisé pour coller un puzzle et la colle est restée blanche... Conséquence, mon puzzle est fichue. J'ai fait un test sur du bois et il s'avère que la colle reste bien blanche au séchage. Je leur ai écrit via leur site et ils me répondent que la colle n'est pas prévue pour ça. Ils écrivent eux même sur le packaging qu'elle est prévue pour coller du carton et devient transparente au séchage, sauf qu'il n'en ait rien et ils refusent de reconnaître leurs torts et d'assumer leurs responsabilités. Donc produit non conforme à ce qui est inscrit sur l'emballage et service client qui ne sert à rien ! Marque à fuir !

I accidentally damaged the nozzle on a 250 ml Evo Stik wood glue I had just bought. I contacted Bostik via their website and a few days later a replacement nozzle turned up in the post. Superb customer service.

Achat d'une colle Fixpro MSP 121 "spécial moulures".
Lorsqu'on enduit la moulure, le produit a un aspect blanc poisseux, genre pâte de meringue. Ensuite, lors de la pose au plafond, la moulure se décolle très rapidement et tombe. Pourtant, il est indiqué sur la cartouche que la prise s'opère en 5 minutes. Rien à faire, cette foutue "colle spéciale moulure" est comme le riz de l'Oncle Ben : elle ne colle jamais !

Attention ne colle vraiment pas tout et service client incompétents tout ça pour 5€.
Je ne sais pas si c'est le même groupe mais vive super glue 3 !

Purchased Bostik products from a local builders merchant for a cottage roofing project here in Gorey. Trusted the brand, however, now.need some technical advice, phoned several times to try and speak to technical, pure waste of time. Nobody ever picks up as they are away and not available.
Stuff I understand is good but who needs this standard of service, ie. No service at all !!
I am now caught in the middle and cat move forward with top cap, simply because they will not answer the phone to a customer. Wish I had gone elsewhere.

Ho utilizzato il bicomponente "RIPARA PLASTICA" per riparare la copertura di un cestello della lavastoviglie. Prodotto conservato in confezione originale e integra, a temperatura ambiente, e usato a SEI mesi dall'acquisto. Mesi garantiti 12. Ritagliata la quantità di prodotto necessaria alla riparazione, ho trovato il componente bianco esterno un po' "granulato".
Ho comunque impastato i due componenti facendo uso di guanti in lattice. Nella pasta che sono riuscito a ottenere, e che ho applicato al cestello, sono rimasti svariati granuli. Data la delicatezza dell'applicazione e dubitando della perfetta polimerizzazione del prodotto, ho chiesto alla Bostik se la presenza dei granuli potesse dare problemi nel tempo, ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Perché tale silenzio e lasciare un utente nel dubbio?

A distanza di quasi un mese devo correggere la mia esperienza e valutazione sulla Bostik. L'assenza di un supporto era dovuta all'erroneo indirizzo mail al quale avevo inviato la mia richiesta. Questo il contenuto tecnico della risposta finalmente arrivata: "Più si ''lavora'' il pezzo ritagliato di prodotto, più è malleabile quindi lisciabile. Una volta indurito, anche se con granuli, la funzione del prodotto è comunque intatta".

Colle BOSTIK plinthes achetée chez castorama conseillée par un vendeur. 32 m de plinthes à refaire tout se décolle. A fuir.

Appalling customer service, I've emailed tried to live chat, and no response at all. They show a tutorial doing a shoe repair with one glue then recommend another 2?? Baffling.

This is ridiculous, why does it show the repair with fix and glue then says you need power repair or all purpose glue??? Absolutely and totally misleading. Also is the superglue flexible? I don't want to waste my money on something that doesn't work.

I bought a packet of Glu Dots, supposedly 'extra strong sticky dots' that would stick to 'almost anything, including paper, wood, plastic, metal glass'. It's a useless product which isn't at all sticky. It was a waste of money.

Impossible d’acheter Bosrik 1220 en Belgique donc direction la France où nous avons trouvé. Société fantôme.

Refurbished 2 bathrooms approx 2 years ago. Used Everbuild Forever White to seal around sanitary fittings but ran out and could not get anymore that day so bought Bostic S31 to seal the last shower fitting. No signs of mould anywhere other than shower tray pointed with Bostik which has to be treated regularly with mould remover. Bostik claim S31 is mould resistant. That I would dispute and describe it as not fit for purpose.

Bought the tape discs because they seemed a more elegant way of taping wrapped presents. However, I have used about 15 and nearly all of them had to be stuck down again with conventional cellotape making the packages look scruffy. I can only imagine that these can only possibly work on the flimsiest of wrapping paper. I'll be throwing these away.

Suite à un achat en grande surface spécialisée, j'ai constaté que mes 2 tubes de colle non encore ouverts étaient déjà tout secs, comme je les avais achetés depuis un petit moment j'ai contacté le service consommateur figurant au dos du paquet pour savoir s'il y avait eu un soucis sur certains lots, ils m'ont dit que cette colle avait une date de peremtion d'1 an (ce qui n'est pas marqué sur leur emballage) apres plusieurs échanges de messages, ils m'ont promis de m'envoyer 2 tubes en remplacement (mes tubes n'avaient même pas été ouverts pourtant) cela fait 3 mois que j'attends j'ai déjà relancé, ils ne m'ont rien envoyé, tout ce que je récupère quand je relance ce sont des excuses...Je ne vous conseille pas d'acheter leurs produits car non seulement ils se périment vite, il n'y a pas de date de péremtion donc impossible de savoir la date de fabrication et le service consommateur ne tient pas ses promesses...tout cela est vraiment franchement très décevant....!

D'après ma propre expérience, les produits de la société Bostik sont une catastrophe : J'ai d'abord essayé le Sader Maxi Glue : Il ne colle pas au bout de 15 secondes et l'effet de collage n'est pas suffisant. La colle « Bois Rapide » devrait devenir transparente, mais elle reste blanche et colle très mal le bois. J'en ai fait part à l'entreprise Bostik, mais elle ne m'a jamais répondu. Il ne me reste plus qu'à recommander de ne jamais acheter les produits de cette marque.

Slechte lijm patronen. Om een oude muur te repareren heb ik patronen "hovenierslijm" gekocht. De lijm is prima (een soort rubber) maar de patroon waar het in zit is drama. De lijm komt er aan de achterkant net zo hard uit als aan de voorkant. Uren bezig geweest om mijn patroonhouder weer schoon te pulken! Johan
