Overcharged ($83) for ride from Brighton to Logan. Felt like it may have been due to pet. No special services - bag assistance at destination. Metro Cab ($45) for same service, transport distance and duration.

All drivers have provided an excellent service over the past two years. The communication has been very responsive and professional as well as efficient and always on time. I can’t thank Boston Express Cab enough for providing a safe and trustworthy service when traveling on business and family trips. Cars are always in excellent condition and everything runs smoothly from beginning to end. I wouldn’t use another company because we are so well taken care of. Thank you and see you again soon.

Best transportation service in Boston MA.I’ve had a really good experience with Boston Express Cab. Md khan was my driver, he was very nice and communicative. Driver contacted me in advance so I had their number and felt reassured they’d be there on time. It’s a bit expensive but you know the price in advance, the cars are brand new and the service is great !

Drivers contact me in advance so I have their number and feel reassured.Driver was on time. It was hassle free ride.The car was nice and clean brand new and the service was great !

I booked transportation through Boston express cab for my brother to get to Logan airport. It was early morning and my brother was worried he wouldn’t be on time. The Driver was on time and very polite. I have used this service before and I ensured him they would be on time and everything was great!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Omar, who is the owner of this company and has been my driver on multiple occasions to and from Logan Airport. The first time I rode with him, he saved me from missing a flight when an Uber reservation never showed up. He was on his way to Logan with another passenger and was kind enough to swing by and pick me up last minute since he was in my general vicinity. Kind, courteous, ALWAYS on time and has an immaculate vehicle. We’ve shared some lovely conversations on our drives - he’s a family man and just a really good human being. Also fine with quiet rides too if don’t feel like chatting. I’ve recommended him to my 80 year old mom as I would trust she’d be in great hands.
