Damaged
I received my BOSU ball and when I inflated it it was deflated the next day. There was a slit in the ball. I contacted customer service, and Caitlin took care of sending me a new one-which I’m still waiting for.

Still Waiting!
Did not receive entire purchase. Received flat, no pump, no documentation. Opened box. I reach out multiple times. They say they’ll send remaining parts and documentation. Still waiting after two weeks.
BOSU: when a customer has been complaining about not receiving entire product purchased, just overnight the stuff!!! Because I will now be returning everything. Subpar service at best!

Quality products and great customer service! I’ve ordered many items from the BOSU line. I recently ordered the surge, but it arrived with a defective handle. Customer service took care of my issue right away! I would recommend to all! I will say this though, it is a great workout! It is a lot harder than it looks!

The shopping experience was good
The shopping experience was good. But I wish there was a description about the downloadable videos. For example, is the 101 ways to use Bosu (that's not the exact title) an exercise routine that I can workout with or just a short video of each exercise in a row? If the former, I'd get it.

Shipment to Puerto Rico
I had it mailed to a cousin in US who then mailed it to me via USPS. So I received it about 2 weeks after I ordered it. I don't understand why you can't mailed it to Puerto Rico.
