OK PRICES, MEDIOCRE PRODUCTS, LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order with BR's in early Sep., 2020. Their prices seemed decent, plus they were having a 20% off sale. I ordered 3 ounces of different strains, for a total of about $24 bucks, plus $5 bucks shipping. About an hour after I placed the order, I realized that I had completely forgotten to enter the discount code. I immediately emailed their customer service, and asked if they could still give me the discount. As a first time buyer I didn't think it would be a big deal, because they would want to make a good impression. Wrong. I never received a reply. I did receive an email from BR's which showed what I had ordered, but not what I had been charged. It wasn't until I checked my bank statement later that I learned that I had been charged full price. Well, I hope that BR's puts to good use the $4.80 that they saved by not giving me a discount. As for their product, I've tried two of the three items ordered. The 'Serenity' blend did not make me calm, or serene, and really had no noticeable effects. It did taste pretty nasty, though, in my orange juice, (which is how I take all of my kratom). The 'Hippie Dippie Dust' actually did most of what 'Serenity' had promised and the effects lasted for a decent period of time. I haven't yet tried the 'Superior Red Dragon'. So, as of now, I'm inclined to not do further business with BR. Their customer service SUCKS, the products are no better than other vendors I've tried. The packaging is good, as is delivery speed, and their prices are OK. Bottom line, though, I already have vendors that I like better. I just tried BR's for the heck of it.
