Their CS team replied to my email promptly regarding sizing. The products did take a little longer to ship/arrive but the wait was 💯 worth it. My items fit to perfection, the colors were vibrant and exactly as pictured. The fabric is instantly soft and good quality for the price. As a fitness instructor I use/wear athletic clothes constantly and they need to hold up. I’m exited to get some wear into these items and see how they hold up. I have found my new affordable favorite brand! Don’t second guess it!

The material is not good for the price that i have bought. And customer service is poor.

Good sizing, good fit, the fabric could be a bit stronger to hold the body better, but overall i´m happy with it. I also like the little pouch it was delivered in.

They had a company deliver a package and instead of coming in the front door of the business, left it outside the back door of a commercial building in a parking lot shared with Starbucks. When someone took it (surprise surprise), they wanted me to deal with the shipper. Then they told the Bank that they had a terms agreement on the website that stated no refunds, so I did not get my money back. Looked EVERYWHERE on their site but nothing showing no refunds are given. Because their delivery person took a picture of it out in the parking lot, it was deemed delivered. BEWARE, for such a small amount of $130, you would think that they would try to keep a new customer. Instead they could care less. Will not make that mistake a 2nd time.

I absolutely love Bota. The fabric is amazing and I’ve never worn anything that made me look so snatched. I will never wear another athletic brand ever again.
