They email saying they will help and nothing happens you email again they same thing again and again they are just palming people off till they give up scammers

VPN works not good, ( Easy VPN) Sweat Lobbys anytime. no matter which country i use.

Service also very bad, wanted to convert a product with same price, the support texted me and wanted many informations, after 20x Mails the service is ghosting you and they dont reply again, to my mails after i texted many Mails to explain everything to them with screenshots of payments, active license ID and so on. I purchased a VPN license from Botlobbies.com, which is legally handled by Siplifi Group Ltd. While the service initially worked, I requested a change in license because i bought wrong product

Instead of processing the refund or a solution, their support uses a deliberate stalling tactic:

They respond roughly every 30 minutes, often with generic automated emails.

Each email introduces two new irrelevant questions (e.g., PlayStation Network ID, geofence location, connection test results, MAC Adress of your Console or Network Adapter, Location etc many questions).

After 10–15 emails, communication stops completely, and the refund or solution is not issued.

This pattern appears intentional and is designed to delay or avoid refunds, making it very frustrating for customers.

Summary: The support service is essentially a loop of automated questions that prevents timely refunds, despite the service being paid for.

This company is trash, I've had 2 emails saying they will direct me to someone who can help and it's been 3 days and still nothing. It's a SCAM DONT FALL FOR IT.

Shameful after sales service ( i have to check with a member) and another 4 days of waiting, then waiting again and no concrete response, run away
