It's been 6 months now I've connected with Botsailor.
I've had a great experience using Botsailor so far. What really stands out is their incredibly fast and helpful support team. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and solved the issue efficiently.

It's rare to find a company that provides this level of customer support. Their team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping users succeed with their platform.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Botsailor’s service and support. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable solution with outstanding customer care!

The team was extremely helpful in resolving an issue that required logging in remotely to my desktop and supporting me. I'm truly delighted with the service and looking forward to building solutions together.

Botsailor is easy to use chatbot platform that supports automation on WhatsApp, Facebook , Instagram and telegram. It has a good customer support system. It’s a reliable solution for buisness looking for messages automation, broadcasting etc.

Botsailor is scam, I am using their service since last 18 months approx and here is the list of problems me and their every single customer is facing:

1. Server goes down after every 2-3 days and it stays offline for even 10-15 minutes everytime. Sometimes we face server downtime issues multiple times a day.

2. They are increasing prices almost after every 2-3 months and I've noticed it 6-7 times since when I started using.

3. Whenever any user or white label partner tries to post these things in their community group or their forum, they directly block or ban them so that other new users don't find out.

4. They always keep working on live servers and push updates directly on live project.

5. They promise to fix everything but problem stays the same.

6. They promised their old users to keep the same prices for lifetime and even posted the same on their forum but later they changed their own words.

7. They don't consider to add latest features according to the new updates which you can find even on codecanyon scripts.

8. You will always keep requesting for a feature but they don't care about it.

9. In case if they feel any feature most requested then they will work to build and then release it as an add-on to increase their revenue.

10. Their team sometimes gives you wrong information or false replies because they are not even aware about the issues, they are not even trained properly to answer about the queries, problem and their solutions.

11. They don't have any proper guide, even a lot of users are requesting to update the helpful docs but it's same since last 2 years or maybe since their first version.

So if you are planning to use their service, I suggest you to stay away because Botsailor is scam.

Every other day platform goes down, when it goes down it goes like 3-4 times in a day, they have started charging more, but just to make more money these people are using cheap server, because they are unanswerable to no one, but as whitelabel resellers we have to answer our clients!!!!
