Despite some overheating issues with my camera, customer service handled my complaint.

I had a small problem with my R810 doorbell/camera. Botsab Bella at customer services was excellent, we spent a lot of time trying to sort soft ware etc, But I was offered an upgrade to a R811 and an extension to my warranty. The picture is crystal clear on the system, I cannot praise the customer service team enough

I am very happy with my Botslab Video Doorbell Camera R811 that I received on April 12,2026 and thanks to Customer service agent Kelly for adding warranty coverage on my account.

We bought the G980H front and back facing dashcam which is a sleek looking camera. This model doesn't support pressing a button to capture events manually i.e., for poor driving or funny incidents however you can find everything in the app under time loop. The app is easy to use and the camera itself is simple to set up.

Can not do enough for you and are very helpful and understanding at all times.

I appreciate that the customer service team followed up after resolving my issue. It shows they care about their customers.

I can always reach Botslab customer service easily, and the support experience has been smooth and convenient. The product quality is also very good, and I truly feel impressed by both the staff and the product.

Not only was shipping fast and efficient and the price was great for the product but I had a small problem with the CPL cover and it took a minute to get customer service online chat to get one shipped right out to me. Cannot ask for anything more than that! So excited to have this security on my car now.

I’m very happy with my purchase from Botslab. The product feels solid and high-quality right out of the box. While I’ve only received the physical unit so far and haven’t tested it on the road yet, the build quality and overall feel give me confidence that it will perform well.

She helped me resolve my tracking issue and even sent me a side camera that I needed to complete my setup, which I really appreciate. Her responsiveness and willingness to help made the whole experience much smoother.

It was hard to tell that I was interacting with an AI bot. Bella was easy to use, and understood my problem ( a first wold issue I have to admit) and are sending out a replacement cable for free. Definitely use again. Thank you Bella
