I specially thanks manisha for her kind and accurate service. Today she helped me to fix my bottle possible query very quickly. Kindly note her great work.

I thought this was going to be a good system. It was easy enough to operate, but now I am finding all kinds of problems. Number one problem I have is Customer Service is difficult to understand and not patient and rude and in turn it is making me not patient and rude. Too many things I cannot adjust to make work for me and too many things I need that the system cannot accommodate. Very Disappointed 3.5 months in.

I’ve been using Bottle POS for the past few months. The software itself is user-friendly, but I’m having ongoing issues with processing fees and the deposits going into my account are not what I originally agreed to.

I’ve contacted the credit card processing department several times, but I still haven’t received a clear resolution. Unfortunately, the support staff has been rude and unable to properly explain or address the issues.

I recommend that all business owners closely monitor their accounts and statements.

Pretty impressed with their POS, and customer support is top notch when you need to make any changes, learn anything, or get things imported

Peyton was by far the best customer service rep I dealt with at bottle pos. If you’re lucky enough to have him, you’re in good hands. I can’t honestly say that for everyone esp after 5pm. Peyton is 11 stars out of 10

Fixing one issue just causes another. The system doesn't sync well with my phone-really frustrating.

Wonderful to talk and very helpful

Customer service was excellent! I had a problem with a power outage on an extremely busy Saturday night with Bottle POS not connecting to the internet. Saumil was very patient with me while I was busy with customers and he walked me through solutions to fix the issue. Everything was working great after that!!

The tec support guy is very polite and helpful I guess his name is Saumil I hope every time he picks my call

We were forced to 'Go Live' after our old program crashed and left us hanging, and we had to close our store! After chatting with other tech guys, we were given ROSHAN!!! OMG! He was AWESOME! He was quickly able to get us up and running and SAVED US! He was SOOOO helpful to us, and answered every question we asked! Great guy with a lot of help!
Hope if we ever need help again we can 'Request' his professional help again! Thank you, Thank you!!!
