Amazing afternoon and top marks to Jefferson!

Tom helped me so much when trying to surprise my friend! i really appreciated the help and making it work! thank you!

We had a group booking through the link system. The link expired before all the attendees paid. I messaged them to get the link active again, then Tom reached out and sorted all the additional individual bookings out to put us all on the same table. Looking forward to the food and the show on Saturday :)

My friend booked through you. 6 of us all paid £35 each. We had a confirmation email and turned up to the venue to find out it was closed! We couldn’t speak to anyone at the venue or at Bottomlessbrunch.com at the time.

My friend is currently trying to organise a refund via the venue reservations team. Your system should never have allowed us to book for a day where the venue was closed and you also should have realised this after the fact as we paid 3 weeks in advance. Please review your systems to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

The team are incredibly helpful and respond extremely promptly, particularly Tom Hatton who has been a massive help in resolving queries rapidly.

Excellent and quick responses. Tom from customer service in particular was amazing! Solved any issues without any struggles and was so lovely and helpful!

We book table at Camden Cotton tropical brunch on Saturday 2:30pm. Was welcomed nice.
Food was good.. Atmosphere was great with musicon the back .
We stay 2 hrs .I chooce rumpunch which was amazing.
Have good fun for those 2 hrs. Good value for money and highly recommended. For sure will visit again that brunch.

As a seasoned bottomless brunch goer this website is a useful tool to have, I’ll definitely be using it for more nights out.

Jodie, was our server and we could not fault her attention to detail and smiling customer service.

We had drinks offered continuously, and our meal was superb. My niece ordered a rare steak which arrived medium-rare. The chef came and said it was no problem to prepare another.

We were a family group of 5, and we would highly recommend Soho Block Bottomless.

Had trouble booking this brunch due to me not being very technical….the support team were brilliant in pointing me in the right direction….Thank you 👍

A family celebration on Saturday at Sican was amazing ,food, drinks &service was outstanding ,Sal &his team were outstanding cant recommend this place enough .

100% recommend this venue for bottomless brunch. The staff are so lovely and attentive and never let your glass go empty! Hugh looked after us and made sure we had a lovely afternoon.

First time attending and it deficient be the last!

Our drinks were constantly full, service was great, lovely food and brilliant atmosphere. Did not leave sober 🤣

Whilst we couldn't attend the brunch the service is outstanding. It's so easy to use the service and Tom was so helpful in getting the money back to the individuals. I would definitely use them again unfortunately the alternative brunch option just wasn't for this particular hen
