Absolutely a waste of money. Lucky to get one hour use, out of them. Thankfully they didn’t cost the earth, but please do not buy them. Save your money and invest in one of the better makes.

When I notified the company WITHIN 14 DAYS this is their response: Regarding the refund, please note the following: Defective Units: We will provide a full refund for any earbuds that our inspection team confirms are defective. Non-Defective/Change of Mind: For earbuds that were not opened, the return is treated as a "change of mind." In these cases, we provide a partial refund. This amount excludes original service fees, shipping, fulfillment costs, and any ancillary charges from the initial purchase. The final refund amount will be calculated by our warehouse and refund team once the physical inspection is complete. IN OTHER WORDS WE MIGHT REFUND YOU $5 IF YOU ARE LUCKY!

I’d love to tell you about the headphones but they still haven’t arrived! Be better off using an old tin and string!

Ça ne préage rien de bon en cas de besoin de faire marcher la garantie ou autre
Honnêtement ne commandez pas d'autres sites sont plus honnêtes avec les clients

Fantastisch geluid, zeker voor de dance liefhebbers.

Zeer goeie after sales (reageert vrij snel én stuurt een replacement bij permanent defect - kans dat dit gebeurt is klein als je er normaal mee omgaat)

Zonder ‘tussenlading’ een erg lange gebruikerstijd!

Ook belangrijk: de plugs zitten erg prettig.

En: niet duur!

Kortom: dikke aanrader!!

I have asked Boudio to cancel the order as the earbuds have not arrived in time to give as a birthday gift. There has been one response which doesn't relate to my request, then nothing.

Bought for a family member last year for Christmas. They had read a review on a tech website that said these were the next best thing. Was a bit dubious as website looks too shiny and the reviews on there were not very well written, almost like ai had written them badly.
What arrived was clearly cheap earbuds from a wholesale website with a sticker on the front of the packaging. The package that it had arrived in had the importers name and address on and when I reverse image searched on google, the very same ear buds came up on Ali express for £4. A mere fraction of what we paid.
Huge disappointment. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Avoid

As someone who edits podcasts, I need clear mids and consistent audio. These earbuds deliver exactly that. They don’t distort even at high volume, and the connection stays solid. Absolute gem for the price.

I ordered earbuds july 30th.
Its now august 13th and they are still in transit. I tried to get in contact with customerservive but no response.
Do not buy from this company, they don’t deliver!!!

The product is not up to the mark. No noice cancellation. Cheap Quality. £60 for this item is a waste. Apple pods are so much better. The reviews here dont seem to be genuine. I can’t even return because the product is not faulty or if appeared on a discount. So basically, if you bought it you are stuck with it.

Bought for a flight but now I use em most days. Voices are clear, charges lasts, mic's ok indoors. Bit quiet outside if it’s windy.

Terrible customer service.
Found a better pair at a better price and began the return process of unopened box. Had to provide photos, explanation, return tracking number, pay for return of item and they still withheld "restocking fee". Must have had at least 4 threads of emails with them before they even pointed that out. DON'T BUY! If you're not satisfied, you will pay. There are too many other better ear buds on the market.

Back keeps falling off ear buds contacted customer services no reply .
Would not recommend. They cost too much and customer services are useless
Customer services have been so helpful since my last review . Turns out I had been sent a faulty earbuds .got a new pair an working fantastic

They claim they left my package in my safe place on my front porch!!! It's completely open with nowhere to put anything!! Zero contact phone number always by email mail..

Do not touch this company.

My experience ….ear buds stop working after a month; they tell me they cannot replace after 14 days; I complain they say the same.
I write a poor review so they contact me and apologise, ask me to take the review down and will replace the buds for me .
Problem is I have replaced them by now and ask for a refund. That was a week ago. No response since.

Quality of product is very poor and the customer service is even worse.

Go search elsewhere for a decent experience .
