Very poor customer service

The company took an advance of Rs. 1000 for their Mustang watch but neither letting me pay for the watch nor refunding the money.... Be careful with online buying now. I suggest go for trustworthy platforms like Amazon rather than these social media blood aucking bugs.

I bought boult mustang earphones and it is the worst thing i could have bought. I regret it so much. 1 week into the purchase its lid fell off... Can you imagine the earphones top falling out. i would carry it to gym and i dont know cause of sweat or what... it never fell nothing

I regret ever trusting Boult. These so-called “premium” Airpods are nothing but defective junk. From the first day, only the left earbud worked while the right one was useless. I thought a replacement would fix it — but Boult made me go through five replacements, wasting over a month of my time. Every single unit had the same problem.

Their customer service is a nightmare — slow replies, delayed pickups, no proper support. I begged for a refund after so many failures, but they flatly denied it, hiding behind “company policy.” Basically, once they take your money, you’re stuck with faulty products.

Boult doesn’t care about quality or customers — only about dumping cheap, defective products and trapping people in endless replacements. If you’re reading this, please don’t make the same mistake I did. Spend your money on a brand that values customers.

I purchased a pair of headphones that arrived faulty. Instead of receiving a replacement after returning them, they were repaired and sent back. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing—the left joint broke after a short while, followed by the right joint. Overall, it has been a very poor experience both in terms of product quality and service.

Extremely disappointed with Boult Audio’s customer service.

I purchased a pair of Boult earbuds that turned out to be defective, and I returned them for replacement. It’s been almost 2 months now, and every time I reach out to their team — whether on WhatsApp or through customer support — they give me the same generic response:
"Your product is at the warehouse and will be dispatched soon."

This has been the response for weeks now, with no tracking ID, no proper update, and no accountability.

Despite being patient and following up multiple times, I’ve received no resolution, and they’re simply ignoring the issue now. Very poor post-sales service.
I would not recommend buying from Boult if you expect after-sale support.

Please look into this issue urgently.

I bought an earbuds from their own site.There is no refund I asked for replacement they took away my product I have not got the new product till now .It's been one month.One time they said that they will dispatch it within 72 hrs.After 72 hrs they are saying like they had an issue,they don't know when will the product be dispatched.Such a bad response from the company.Dont buy any product from this company.This is a genuine case.If any person of the Boult is seeing please look into this case

Great company for earbuds and other wearables!

I recently purchased these headphones with high hopes, drawn in by their promising features. On the positive side, I must admit that the sound output is impressive, delivering a rich and immersive audio experience. The finish of the headphones is sleek, adding a touch of sophistication, and they feel comfortable to wear, thanks to their well-designed build. Connectivity is seamless, ensuring hassle-free pairing with devices, and the noise cancellation feature works effectively to block out external distractions. However, my experience with these headphones has been marred by a few significant drawbacks. Firstly, the buds have a tendency to fall off, making them less than ideal for intense workouts or cardio sessions where stability is crucial. Moreover, I encountered a frustrating issue where the buds remained connected to my devices even when placed in the charging pod, resulting in a rapid drain of the battery. Despite attempting to charge them after the pod was completely drained, the problem persisted. Additionally, I found the pod cover to be disappointingly flimsy, already showing signs of wear and feeling loose. Overall, while the potential of these headphones is evident, my experience has been overshadowed by persistent issues that have hindered their functionality. It's possible that I received a defective unit, but the recurring problems with charging and durability have left me dissatisfied with my purchase.

I initially posted the above review on the company website, but it never got published. Instead, I received an email stating that my comment would be reviewed. It seems the company is hiding the true issues with their product.

After several attempts, customer service requested that I send the item back, promising to cover the courier costs. However, as I am overseas, I cannot send the product back, and no alternative solution has been provided. I also reached out to them on WhatsApp, but there has been no resolution. At this point, I have not even used the product.

I urge the company to contact me directly to resolve this issue and provide a satisfactory solution for the defective product.
