I had an issue with the logo coming off very soon after I bought my navy leggings and I was so disappointed being a regular customer of Bound since they started. I sent an email and received a reply instantly from Ruby, she was so understanding and helpful. The customer service was amazing. Thanks for all your help Ruby it was much appreciated 🩷

I had a really really great experience all round purchasing from Bound Apparel but in particular with the customer service. I had purchased an item in the wrong size and was struggling with exchanging it and Ruby honestly made it the most pleasant experience I’ve had with any type of customer service, treating me with nothing but kindness while also being very efficient responding to me. I highly recommend for anyone to purchase from here and I will definitely be doing so again.

The items I ordered arrived so quickly both times. The quality of the hoodies is just insane. They wash really well and they're so cosy. I absolutely love them and fear I am going to have to have them all!

I picked the wrong colour leggings by accident and I contacted customer service to see if I could swap them and Ruby was so nice and helpful sheoffered me an exchange when I received my order but I loved them so I bought another pair 100% will buy more

I’m extremely disappointed with this brand. I bought an item that started falling apart after just two weeks — threads were coming out everywhere, which is completely unacceptable for something that’s supposed to be new.
I contacted customer service and was told I could get a replacement, so I went through the hassle of sending the item back. After they received it, I was then told they had no stock available to replace it — despite previously confirming I could have one.
So now I’m left with no item and no proper resolution after wasting my time. The quality is poor, and the customer service experience was just as bad. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone.

I recently purchased the Ultimate Charcoal Zippy from Bound Apparel and unfortunately found that the sizing wasn’t as described. While that was a little disappointing at first, the customer service I received completely turned the experience around.

I dealt with Ruby via email, and she was absolutely fantastic. She responded so quickly, was incredibly helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It really shows how dedicated and supportive the team behind the brand is.

Because of this, the sizing issue hasn’t affected my overall impression of the company at all. If anything, it’s made me more confident in shopping with them again, knowing they genuinely care about their customers.

I’ll definitely be purchasing from Bound Apparel again — such a great experience thanks to their amazing team!
