Scam Artists big time.. read the reviews before purchasing. Cheap cheap nasty jewellery from China.. stay away at all costs and report.

As others have stated this is a scam. I purchased 4 items last July. They pretend they are sn Irish company located in Dublin, although they have changed some of these claims since then and become more vague. The items shipped from China and are poor copies of the ones in the pictures on the website. I tried to return using their policy but they gave excuses. I did a charge back with the bank, it took a while but just went in my favour. Don't waste your time with this "company".

Do not buy anything from C'est La Vies Instagram or Facebook account. It is a total scam. Don't fall for the sob, sob story. Remember, if it seem too good to be true....

Beware! This company is a total fraud. They claim to be a family business in New York making hand-crafted jewelry with crystals and triple gold plating. In reality, you get cheap plastic and garbage metal worth no more than $5. I paid almost $30 each! And when you try to return them, they tell you to ship to China, which costs more than the items themselves. Dishonest, misleading, and shameful business practices. Do not waste your money here

Very Very disappointed. Jewlry is CHEAP, not worth much more than a $ or 2.

Check UK Companies House. The Company closed in 2023. This is a fake company using old information. AI Photos.

Attached to an advert saying they are closing their boutique down due to her husband passing away. Hundreds of people ordered on there too.

Horrible scam. Using a dead spouse story.
And I fell for it 82 euro out off pocket.
Flaged it with the bank waiting to see if I can get my money back.

After seeing a story on instagram advertising they are closing the store because the owner passed away, I had a look on the website, the discounts were too good to be true and the pic of the owner looked ai generated so I came to check the reviews and the unsetteling feeling I was having was not wrong. Keep your money safe, this is clearly a scam

There are many of these scam shopping websites appearing now. Their advertising "story" all follow a similar pattern along the lines of, "I am retiring", "owner has passed away", "we are having to close our shop and go on-line" (shop never existed anyway), "closing down sale" etc. etc. Customer reviews posted are all fake - just check and you will see that they are just text; none take you back to a reputable review platform.
Photos of their physical store, usually showing a happy couple in front of it, are fake, computer generated images.
Almost certainly you will receive inferior good from China that aren't of the quality depicted online.
You have been warned!

Come up on instagram as someone closing the shop after their husband passing with 80% off. When I looked I could see prices were too good to be true and then I saw Temu like looking jewellery! and then I noticed picture of man and woman for sure is created by AI 🙈 scam! I didn’t place an order luckily but those who did go contact your bank to get refunds!!!

I'm normally so diligent but fell for this scam company. Boutique claimed to be in Birmingham UK. I was suspicious when I hadn't received anything after 3 weeks, especially when Birmingham is just a short bus ride away! Came on Trustpilot and realised my error! Then the items arrived, but they were poor quality costume jewellery, not 18 carat gold. Packaging clearly originally from China, but had been repacked, certainly not worth the £55 I had paid. I reported to my bank and have had a chargeback and bank has refunded. Hilariously I have received an email from C'est la vie demanding I contact my bank to get them to reverse the chargeback as they've delivered the goods! They can have £4 back as that's double what the stuff is worth!

I bought some necklaces/earrings based on photos on their website. What was sent to me was cheap rubbish that barely resembled what was on their website. Could not return them - they kept emailing me back that they were in financial hardship - TOTAL SCAM

Item not the quality I expected. Sadly I have seen same items on different websites all with the same sob story. Avoid.

Paid over £100 got my sons cross necklace as they strong bond with God and have been asking for it. 3 weeks later, still no items. Just read the reviews …appalling as the owner claimed to be closing down shop after loss of her husband. God can see you …scamming people hard earned money

Can’t seem to put pics here. I’ve a pic of a ring they advertised on an Instagram link. And a pic of the actual ring that arrived. No comparison and absolute tat. Avoid this scam. Once bitten, twice shy. Never again. Kills me that I have to give them even one star.

Scam!!! It's not crafted jewelry as they sell it. All coming from China.
