I ordered the 'scandi bird throw' in off white/green. Colours true to the pictures and I'm very happy with the quality of this throw. It's not padded and lies nicely on my kingsize bed. Bow & Snow were upfront about delivery times (item comes from China). I have washed the throw and it comes up lovely, no colour run or loose threads. Will definately be looking at ordering another one in different pattern.

Absolutely delighted with this throw. I ordered the largest size and wasn’t disappointed with the pattern and quality of the material. I’ve already had lots of compliments from visitors about it-it really has become a focal point in my living room. Very much recommend and would definitely buy from this company in future.

The ad for the throw had been coming up on my face book for a long time. I liked the look but wasn’t ready to ‘commit’…. Until now. I love it! I will however knot the fringing… but I’m finding it therapeutic! The delivery was pretty fast and the feedback from the sellers is really funny and warm… which may not sound like much but I liked it. Made me feel warm.. love the product too. Win. Win x

A lovely, lovely company to deal with. Excellent communication; they kept me up to date with where my throw was and it was delivered in perfect condition and I absolutely LOVE it! Bought a very nice cotton throw with fish on. Lovey sea colours. Then saw some cushion covers with various sea creatures. Got one turtle and one seahorse. Brightens up my sofas for summer. Very quick despatch so would recommend this company.

I recently bought a blanket from Bow & Snow. And I want to share my whole experience from beginning to end. I would not have been as patient and polite with me, if I had received the mails and comments I sent to the extremely polite and paedagogical people on the receiving end of my snappy comments. It was comments like: "are you even a company?" and "why don´t you have any reviews on Trustpilot"...well...now you do. Here it comes:
Review: Handsome blanket
Thank you for putting up with my suspicious mind. I found your beautiful blanket on Facebook and ordered right away, totally seduced by the blanket´s beautiful golden birds on the background of turquoise blue. However, immediately after the payment had gone through I thought : "It´s a scam. The company doesn´t exist." I´m usually not the paranoid type, but because I hadn´t received a confirmation mail after my payment, I became alert. However, as a very very patient helper on the other end answered all my questions on FB as to why I hadn´t received a mail from them...we finally figured out that Snow and Bow had indeed sent me that confirmation, only it had snuck into my spam-filter. As I live in Denmark, I expected a long wait for the delivery - however, pleasantly surprised - it took only about a week to arrive here. The blanket is very handsome and is happy to have found its home in Scandinavia. Needless to say my Reversible Scandinavian Bird Throw Blanket has come home. The Brits might still be waiting for football to come home, but I have my blanket, it has arrived and everything is good!

I ordered an item which did not arrive. I emailed company and they stated that it had been delivered. A strange link was provided to Royal Mail.
I did not receive a dispatch email or any notification from Royal Mail 'parcel out for delivery'.
Emailed company again informing them of this. I then received a dispatch email! My item still not arrived. Not expecting it to either. You have been warned!

I am happy with the product I received, but was surprised when it was dispatched to see it was being sent direct from China, I wouldn't have ordered something to be shipped such a long way and the website gives no indication that it wouldn't be UK based (although it doesn't have any address shown) The returns information seems copied and pasted in (mentions if you are sending back items not on the website like DVDs) and says you can only return within 30 days of purchase (they later clarified by email it was within 30 days of receiving) but no information on where you would have to send it to.
Having looked a bit closer, the company was set up in March 2023 and all of the social media around the same time. So I am not sure how the discounts they were offering could be genuine as the products can't have been on sale for the much higher prices claimed. I can also see the exact same products on other websites. I was taken in by a promoted post on Instagram and although I'm happy with the item I'm wondering whether I could have got it elsewhere and whether the price was really a reduction.
