Prompt and helpful

The item ordered turned out to be the wrong size, on contacting the company they responded promptly and sorted the returns note on the same day.

Great Company To Deal With...

Ordering on-line was simple through Bownet's website and better prices than Amazon. Ordered on a Sunday and my TP-Link switch arrived free post on the following Tuesday. Item was in perfect condition and exactly as described. I would not hesitate to use Bownet again for all my future IT requirements.
