Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. The staff is nice and helpful, but the quality check they do on their products is not good. I made a big order for my business launching in November/December 2025, the first batch came with the wrong colors and text sizes, the second batch came quite late (not their fault) and in really poor conditions, I don't understand how it is possible for the company to ship this amount of boxes and 80/90% of them in this conditions. It's July 2026 my launch is delayed because there was no help offered from Boxetto side when i let them know that i will only be able to use 10% (maybe) of the boxes. Your reply still doesn't address the issue with the quality of your products. The majority of the damage was not made by the shipping problems but rather miss printing and texture issues and glue on the boxes, I sent proof of the damage. The team was responsive but the problems were not solved and the money was spent in a falty product. From my side was never a money issue with shipping, was the final result of the work and poor quality of the products

Oh my….. First. Boxetto was a PLEASURE to work with and upfront from the beginning, very professional. At first we were thinking to ourselves, “how do we know they will understand the nature & meaning of our project” and not just ‘package’ us like other companies may see a cracker box or what kinda looks like a ‘cereal’ box… When final design revisions were made and even last minute issues resolved, our final product looked better than ANYTHING Kelloggs, POST or GENERAL MILLS or even NABISCO EVER DID!
We did not know about the sizing so we trusted Boxetto. We did not know anything about finishing like glossy or whatever so we trysted Boxetto. BOXETTO KNOWS PACKAGING. BOXETTO KNOWS DESIGN. And best of that, BOXETTO knows how to take care of its customers. They know the vision we are looking for. How a design can come out looking BETTER than the concept is beyond me…. Its all about BOXETTO!

Mike has been so wonderful to work with for our first box order with him! He got it done so quickly and was so helpful with templates and such, and then when I realized there was an error on my end when I received the boxes, he happily remade them for me so quickly to make sure we have them by our event date.
