Reliable Quality and Outstanding Service Every Time

I’ve been purchasing cake boxes from them for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with their products and service. The quality of the boxes is excellent. Sturdy, well-designed, and perfect for presenting my cakes professionally.
Orders are processed quickly and arrive on time, which is incredibly important for my business.

Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality packaging!

Disapointed

I received 1 less box which is very disappointing as I require them for a wedding this Saturday being 28th February 2026.

Sorry to hear about this.

As soon as the team heard about this we investigated and found that of the 300 cookie boxes you ordered only 299 were delivered (this can happen on a rare occasion if the machine that packs the boxes skips a unit).

Replacement cookie box (plus some free extras) were urgently dispatched via Express courier free of charge and I have verified via tracking link that they were received prior to 28th February.

We thank you for your custom and hope to be of service to you again in the future.
