At the time of ordering this it was over the Easter holidays, their customer service was disgusting, it didn't take 5 working days, it took 15, all they gave was excuses over and over again, didn't send the correct size and to say this was a limited offer what you pay for is crap

I purchased 2 hoodies that after their first wash, a cold 20 degree (recommended) they both shrunk

I'm really sorry to be having to review my purchase again, especially that I had already written a glowing review about my intended returns process. I feel really let down as I attempted to return the blossom hoodie as it was too small. I have since been told that the top had marks on the hood and sleeve so they cannot accept it back. I tried the hoodie on and put it straight back into the bag when it did not fit. The only thing I can think of is that the marks were already present when I received it but I did not notice. BGST state they support mental health but don't realize when they are accusing people of this what effect this has. I am very disappointed to say the least.

I have got hoody from here and the service and quality was good, so my wife ordered the blossom one when we received it she tried it on. Unfortunately it was a little small so was returned after 8 days they contacted us saying it was stained and wouldn't accept the return it has been worn (not just tried on) and we had to pay for re delivery back to us if we want it back. The customer service is shocking and just ripping people off who are trying to make a difference to mens mental health.
