I wanted to buy the DJI FPV Remote


I wanted to buy the DJI FPV Remote Controller 2. Shelly Allen has given me information and responded to my email. I appreciated her answers. However, I couldn't get it for 3–4 weeks. When it arrived in the UK, I changed counties, so I couldn't get a solution for how I could get it, even though I offered to change the delivery address (same city) or deliver it to my next-door neighbour. I also contacted a delivery company, and it was written that they should get information from the sales company. The result was negative, so I cancelled my order five days ago and asked to pay back my money. I have not yet received my money back.

Many thanks for purchasing from BPS and for taking the time to leave us a review. I am very sorry to hear that you could not take delivery of your order. Unfortunately, on first orders, we cannot change the delivery address because of a fraud policy implemented by our payment provider, and we must deliver to the same shipping address as the billing address.

I have investigated the refund and can see that we were waiting for the goods to be received back to us before we could process the refund. However, I believe my colleague spoke to you yesterday to confirm we received the goods back now and we are processing your refund which can take 2-3 days depending on your bank.

Read negative reviews before buying

Advertising items for sale that they do not hold in stock, very disappointing as we could not get from the original manufacturer and had high hopes after reading the positive reviews.
Unprofessional companies do not realise that it is illegal to advertise items for sale, within the UK, that are not physically held in stock.
My advice is always read the negative reviews as they are more accurate than the positive ones.
Avoid buying from this company.

Jackery Carrying Case Bag for Explorer 240.
The item said it was in stock when we ordered it.
Ordered on Sunday 9th September and took you 3 days to inform us the you did not stock the item.

As I said above it is against the law in the UK to advertise items for sale that you do not physically hold in stock.

Dear Grumpa,

I have been looking into your review to try and understand what has happened but unfortunately, with the information I have, I cannot see any order past or present.

In regards to your comments surrounding not holding every product in stock but advertising them, this is something most companies large or small do, especially if it's a new product that has just been released on pre-order.

If we do not have stock for a pre-order, or back order then we do display this for customers to see and we also try and give an indication of how long it will take for the order to arrive.

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to stock every item but offer an extended range of products that can be ordered.

This gives our customers the choice to find the products that most suit their requirements, which in most cases we find our customers like, and as I mentioned we do advertise the delivery estimation if a product is not in stock.

Thank you for providing information on your order. I have investigated and I can see we sent an email to say the item was not in stock and unfortunately, the item has been discontinued by the manufacturer and as a consequence, the order will be cancelled with the money refunded which I can confirm has been done.

We do advertise the stock status just under the price for each item and as I previously said we do try and provide an indication of lead time. We did have a back order notification come through to us at the time of your order which would normally mean the item is not shown in stock and shows the lead time if you were to place an order, so this is very strange and I will get this investigated as we only show items as being in stock if we physically have them in stock.

My apologies that you were not informed straight away, our normal procedure would be to confirm your order with you straight away, and to let you we will notify you again with a more accurate lead time once we have that confirmed from the manufacturer.

The best pro film store

I bought my Hi-5 from these guys a few months ago then recently bought a monitor and some other bits. They are by far the best Arri dealership/pro video store. They reply quickly, and you feel like you’re talking to a person not just a salesperson. They did me a great deal on everything I bought and were friendly and helpful in the process.

Honestly blown away by these guys, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Excellent Service

Bought a new floor bag, Arri Unit Bag Medium ii. Perfect condition and the cheapest price I can find anywhere on the internet.
Delivery was super speedy, chose 3-5 delivery and got it in 2 days.
Will be coming to this site first for all of my work needs.

Brilliant Customer Service And Much More

Brilliant customer service - nicest guy you could ever wish to meet. Helped me with my purchases even to the extent of personally checking stock levels - couldn't ask for more help.

Delivery was absolutely super fast - ordered one day got it in my hands the following day - it doesn't get much better than this, outstanding.

Parcel was well packed so my precious items were received in tip-top condition.

If you haven't used BPS before, do so, you won't be disappointed - thoroughly recommended.

BPS are amazing!

BPS are our preferred supplier for all things tech! They truly are excellent. If we need invoices, assistance or technical support they're easy to get hold of, orders are shipped out immediately and they're all-round fab. Highly recommended!

Had ordered a GoPro surfboard mount and


Had ordered a GoPro surfboard mount and floating handle, took the money, confirmed order for 3-5 day delivery, hadn’t any further correspondence, contacted them 7 days after placing order to be told the mount wasn’t in stock and offered a refund, needless to say wasn’t happy as was a birthday present, have reordered direct from GoPro. You understand these things happen but for a company to sell items not in stock and then not bother to inform you is unprofessional, seems to be a specialist company and probably not interested in smaller orders, my advice would be to avoid, certainly for small items.

Poor service and poor customer service

I ordered an in stock item online. I later received an email to say it was out of stock. They asked me to contact them if I had any queries.

4 emails were left unreturned. I asked for my express delivery to be refunded as it was not in stock it was now not urgent. My delivery fee was part refunded. Considering the way in which their system failed and how their response to customers' needs was so poor I expected more. But perhaps it's because I've dealt with better companies
