Bedankt voor uw feedback. Jammer dat u teleurgesteld bent. Bij het onderdeel staat in de omschrijving duidelijk vermeld dat het om een BRABO Part (alternatief onderdeel) gaat en niet om een origineel. Dit alternatief is van hoogwaardige kwaliteit en vele malen voordeliger dan een origineel onderdeel, dat ongeveer acht keer zo duur is.
Uiteraard kunt u het onderdeel aan ons retourneren; u ontvangt dan het volledige aankoopbedrag terug. Indien u liever het originele onderdeel wenst, hebben wij nog enkele stuks op voorraad en kunnen wij u hiervoor een passende prijs aanbieden.
Wel hadden wij dit liever rechtstreeks via mail of telefoon van u vernomen, zodat wij het meteen samen hadden kunnen oplossen.
