My wife had knee surgery, and she took the Cube unit home to ice it. After about a week it started leaking from the hose. We phoned their office and we had a new unit from them in four days. No cost. It's not if there was a problem but how they solved it. Our experience was great! The other thing is that my wife also had back surgery and after that she used this Cube for her back and it helped with her pain for that also.

The entire experience, from order to arrival was great. The cervical traction device was high quality and easy to use. Unfortunately, I required a surgical procedure that meant I would no longer need this device. They were understanding and accommodating. They took the device back and refunded the purchase price. Everyone I spoke to, or exchanged emails with was outstanding. Thank you!!

I ordered the wrong size brace size and needed to exchange it. The exchange was done without any issues. Communication was great. I would recommend using Brace Direct if you have the need for this product. The brace is a quality product.

I am very pleased with Madison with Customer Service she has helped three times when the brace has broken and I needed a replacement.
