Fantastic service. Order was quickly made ready and put into my boot in a friendly and professional manner. Needed somewhere local with contactless collection and they provided both. Usually I would have travelled to another provider which is further away but I will now use Bradford's more often.

Good quality stuff, fairly priced, delivery reasonable.

Bradfords is a great local business and have been prompt. Tools, ironmongery etc good as is most timber.
The only let down was the skirting board which were meant to be same heights but not and at least 3m unusable did to knots of which many were missing.

I ordered 4 bags of Blue Circle “slablayer” this was confirmed online and in email. Same day received telephone confirmation of delivery, however, on the day no-one turned up! Called depot and was told that they didn’t have the items! A number of questions arise: first, why was the order confirmed when there was no stock? Second, why didn’t the yard manager inform the office that there was no stock for the delivery? And third, why did I have to call to find this out? Dreadful service!!

I could not fault the service I received from Bradfords Building Supplies in Dorchester. I ordered on-line on Sunday morning and had my delivery the next day, Monday. Incredible service.

Easy website to order materials, delivery within a few days, delivery lads always helpful - great service.

Ordered 4 six foot fencing panels on line. When I came to pay for then I was told my local branch, Blandford, was out of stock and I was given the option of other stores, I chose Dorchester and placed my order. The next day I received a phone call from the Blandford branch telling me they were out of stock. I replied to the gentleman I knew they were out of stock and said that’s why I ordered them from Dorchester. I phoned the Dorchester branch asking regarding my order. I was told that they do not deliver to Blandford as there is a branch in Blandford. I explained why I had ordered from Dorchester to be repeatedly to We do not deliver to Blandford because there is a branch there. Phoned Blandford branch and cancelled my order. Got my fence panels from Wickes who delivered free the next day.

Bradford's were the only building supply company which had a clear, consist, and helpful website. Good specifications and clear pricing.
Soon after ordering, received a phone call to say when the delivery was planned and delivery was right as promised. Well done.

So you think it’s nice to bump the prices up on your products due to the current pandemic, we’ll shame on you, disgusting!!!!
How the hell are us tradesman meant to earn a living when your prices are up 40% compared to other merchants???
