Superb experience from staff both instore, on the phone and the delivery/pick up team. Peter this morning was extraordinary, collected a full bag of sand and created a West End quality show from having to navigate all the overhead cabling, superb, and thank you.

Excellent delivery driver
Excellent delivery driver. My driveway and drop-off location is a little difficult to negotiate. My driver dropped off 3 bulk bags of gravel with ease. I would highly recommend her.

Top soil and sleepers
Sleepers great price and condition. Topsoil as it says in description, can be little sandy, but mixed in or adding on top of borders already is okay. Great service and communication.

Online- great! Face to face service - not great!
Ordering and paying online - easy - no problem.

Customer care at pick - could be better.
Stood waiting, clearly visible at the counter, for at least three minutes waiting for staff (x3 not with other customer) to finish their conversation to serve me (not work related chat)
VERY laid back, thought I might have to serve myself at one point.
