Ordering was easy but ordered 5 x 4.8 metre and received 5 x 4.5 plus the odd length to make up the 24 metres. Delivery was as detailed and member of staff very friendly and polite.

So Pleasant to Deal With
I'm supporting a firm that isn't part of a faceless financial institution and a very competitive one with good stock and hire equipment. Furthermore I have found all the staff I have encountered so very different from the rest and very amiable and helpful.

One criticism — to get trade membership you have to bring completed form into branch. Seems to me there should be online accounts where people shopping the website can register without a branch visit.

Ordered online. Received a call to say items were ready to pick up. Arrived at depot, Greeted by a staff member who helped put the items in the boot of my car.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Ordered late on a Sunday evening and delivered by lunchtime on Tuesday. Helpful to have a phonecall and then a further conversation when the delivery was coming earlier than expected - delivered while I wasn’t at home and I’m exactly the place I wanted it!
