I got the lintels put in my car.... Then went to office, then just as I was driving away the bloke came running out saying they were the wrong ones I had been given. I then had to drive back around, no blokes in sight, finally got them changed over, then was told I had to drive back to office again to say I'd got them..... Complete shambles and incompetence!

Exceptional service, from the point of ordering to receipt of delivery. Ordering was easy with no hassle with the gentleman Sam White knowing exactly what I needed to order, arranging an asap delivery for me, to the delivery driver himself, Aussie, a complete gentleman only too happy to help, can't reccomend this company more.

This planter is £155 on the Rowlinsons website I couldn’t believe the price so I ordered it and the delivery was within the week GREAT

It would have been 5 stars, if the guy with attitude in the yard was mire helpful, I'm 71 yes old and have a few health issues including a hernia, I asked if he could put the 5 bags of cement in the car for me, but he just drove away on the forklift. However, the counter staff were brilliant on the phone and when I got to the store.

Lorry came in my 40ft entrance and knocked my wall down.

Set up account and ordered online. Order accepted as was online payment; confirmation phone call from local branch received saying ready for collection. On going to collect items - at first order could not be located on system. Timber Required was not ready and had to wait for it to be cut (which staff say they are not supposed to do). To summarise - staff very helpful and polite but process very poor - not joined up. Staff said system was still prone to teething problems!

Great price, great delivery fee and all product delivered so far are great quality.
