Ordered 3 oak long sleepers for tne garden, which were delivered quickly & easily by the tall white goatee’d man, who made it look easy to carry!, as when i tried to move them, i had no chance😀

The reason I have given a high score is that the delivery was free. On an order valued under £60. I have an account, which I hoped it would give me trade prices. I assume that would follow once I started spending more. But at this point in time I am very happy with free delivery on such a small quantity. Thanks.

I wanted some 2.4m sleepers to construct a raised bed in my garden. Bradfords had the ideal product at a good price and were able to deliver within 48hrs.
Ordering was easy on the website and I was contacted the next day to arrange delivery. All in all, great service at a great price.

I made a mistake by ordering the wrong item. I was contacted by Bradfords. They said I could return it if it was unpacked. However this was not possible,I ordered a stable door thinking it was glazed,however it was not, The only downfold was that they were the same price and I did not notice.The customer aftercare was excellent. Will use them again without fail.
