Unfortunately, my order never arrived. I voiced this to customer service and the replies stopped without a resolution.

Hi Dimitris! It looks like per the shipping carrier, the order was delivered but perhaps there was a theft situation as the package was left at the residence when nobody was home. We do not typically refund for stolen packages but we did make an exception in this case and your refund was processed yesterday per your emails with Customer Service. I'm sorry the outcome didn't end with you having the products in hand but I'm happy we were able to resolve this ultimately with a refund. Thank you all for teaching me how to skate
I bought a pair of shoes and i love them. i get to land all my first tricks repping the Braille Army.. I spent $20 to ship shoes to Michigan though. Idk. personally that seems like a lot but $100 for good shoes isnt that bad.. I was looking at a Knight box and that was $60 just for shipping.. Idk if im just cheap for getting discouraged by high shipping prices.. Maybe one day ill rep Braille more but the shoes will have to be enough for me right now.. All the gear looks super cool and the prices look great.

Braille Bamboo boards are weak I did one boardslide on it brand new deck and it snapped not happy at all but anyways was fun trying out a board that didn't last me more than 1 hour of skating .

My experience with Braille Skateboarding is seriously life changing. That may sound ridiculous, but Braille has given me inspiration and a platform to explore something I am passionate about. They have provided me with equipment, instruction, access to experts and icons. I am forever grateful

No Issues
Customer service was great and assisted in making sure I ordered to correct parts for the deck I had. The only hang up, no fault of Braille, the tracking never updated after the initial pickup.

Amazing customer service
I got a defective product, and was IMMEDIATELY met with the best customer service I have ever received in the skateboard industry. Problem was resolved with no obstacle or hassle. Only been a customer a few times, but products AND service, so far, so good 👍

Very disappointing for first time…
Very disappointing for first time experience. It will be my last. Poor quality, poor website; hard to navigate. Offer a discount for first time purchase, and do not honor it; have " no idea" when I ask about it. They ask ME WHERE I SAW THE DISCOUNT?? Poor customer service. Buyer beware.
